Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were overall somewhat happy with the house with the location of the bedrooms and the sitting areas. The house seems to need some TLC. There were several areas that were showing where and tear. Some of the patio and pool furniture seemed old and some of the seats were dry rotted to the point where when you sat in them, they broke.

Property was beautiful, well maintained and looked exactly like the pics! Everything was wonderful. The only complaint I have is that no one responded to my messages on the platform. I had to call the front desk of the resort to get an answer on any of the questions we had during our stay!

Reviewer Comments: Great location, easy walk to the Beach, multiple restaurants and shopping nearby, home was large and spacious-perfect for 2 familes and kids. We rented the home for Spring Break (early April) and unfortunately the pool could not be heated. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful. The Palmetto Dunes staff was wonderful to work with during the process of reservations, check in and check out!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this property was ok. The outside area was very nice including large decks, pool and 2 spas. We spent most of our time in this area. The house was very roomy inside but there were a couple items that I wish were better. The mattresses were not very comfortable. The living area with the tv was not very big for a house this size. It would have been better if there was another tv in the 2nd living room. It was just a sitting room and not very useful. We did have some people stay in the "in-law" suite and there was a musty smell. I feel this area needs updated. We did find multiple Palmetto bugs in the house. I know the bugs were mentioned as common in Hilton Head. We have vacationed in Hilton Head the last 3 years and this was the first time we found bugs in the house. Overall I think with some updates this could be a very nice house.
