Great little getaway! The house had everything and more that we needed! The comforters and towels were very luxurious and they even stocked sunscreen for us, which I had forgotten to bring and was a lifesaver for my family! The hosts were very communicative and easy to work with. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing lake vacation!

I booked this place for a work trip and it was a perfect getaway after a day of work. The house was clean and had everything I needed. The deck is superb!

This cute little lake house was actually quite spacious. The house was just perfect. Quite property with an amazing view. Well equipped with everything we needed and super clean! We skipped most of our outings to just enjoy the view from the temperature controlled patio. Would love to return…

We had the best weekend, clean fun and the sunroom and back porch are amazing plus free music from the marina if there is a band . Lots of fun.

The property was excellent and beautiful. With a setting on Boone lake and a awesome house it was perfect. We stayed a week and had no problems, it was like our own home for a week. We will definitely be staying here again if we have an opportunity. Thank you to the property manager that we never had to contact and VRBO for easy scheduling.

This lakefront property was conveniently located in the heart of Tri Cities. We were in town visiting family and found the lake house to be a wonderful respite. The views were outstanding, the amenities made it easy to find comfort. We will definitely stay here again!

This property was outstanding for spending quiet time overlooking a beautiful lake scene from both an interior and exterior patio. The furnishings were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We even found a nice greenway about two miles away where we could walk or run without concerns for traffic. This property could not be more centrally located in the Tri-Cities area!

We stayed from 5/10/22 to 5/15/22. It is a beautiful place to stay, with all of the comforts of home. Great to be right on the lake.
This house has everything you would need plus some. The sun room is awesome, to be able to enjoy the lake view in the comfort of A/C, and to enjoy your meals. Beds, including the sofa bed, are very comfortable. The kitchen provides everything you would need for cooking, etc. The Keurig Coffee provided upon arrival is a great touch! The owner, Leah, is very efficient, easy to work with, accommodating, and responds to any questions promptly. We would definitely stay at Leah's Lakehouse again.

We rented the house for the weekend of the world of outlaws Bristol bash. It was very peaceful and beautiful. We have already talked about booking again in the future!

This property was amazing! The view was fantastic! The location was perfect as we were about 10 minutes from Johnson City. The fact that it was pet friendly was a huge bonus for us as this was the first vacation our dog was coming with us. The only downside was the steep driveway. We highly suggest you take suv or 4WD going. If we had taken our car, it would’ve been near impossible. We went off season so there wasn’t much going on, but the property made up for it! Hopefully we can book it again next year!

This cozy lake front cottage is an ideal place to stay in the Tri-Cities area. The property was very clean and well furnished. When the lake returns to pool level in July, 2021, it will be even more inviting with lake access.
