The condo was amazing, the property was amazing, we will definitely be back. The three pools and the lazy river were perfect. Only word of advice for someone looking to book - after using the property transportation to get to the beach (five min ride), we decided it would actually be faster to drive to another beach ourselves because the walk to the ocean wouldn’t be so long. The boardwalk where the Caribe drops you is a good 10 min walk at a fast clip. Add to that grandma Susie and all of your gear and it’s kind of a pain. Of course that has nothing to do with the rental, just some insight for you! Property was 5 stars, for sure.

Beds were cozy, Condo was clean, Kitchen fully stocked. The Bunk Bed room was a hit with the boys... all the furnishings were updated and current. Early coffee on the patio was a favorite spot. LOVED the American Flag waiving proudly from the property buildings. We definitely will return to this condo.There were a few minor maintenance issues needing attention, and the management assured these will be addressed for the next guests.A wonderful week!

It was an awesome condo! Loved the view! It was Spring break and the teens could come and go and enjoy the pools, the beach, and the room.

We received emails and text messages weeks prior to our check in with details etc. However what we never were informed of was the closure of the Lazy River Pool and deck. The whole reason we picked this resort with young kids was for this pool. Apparently renovations started in September 2022 but guests were never informed! We had running toilets in 2 bathrooms and submitted a maintenance request. We were asked to meet the maintenance person at the condo, when I arrived our condo door was prompt open and I discovered painters working on the balcony. Scared the **** out of me and I was not happy that we were not informed of this happening, especially with valuables out like lap tops, purses, wallets, jewelry. Toilet repair did not work and continued to be an issue all week. I do think the pools with slides in building B & C need lifeguard or staff supervision. Kids run wild on those and they become a safety issue and dangerous for younger kids to be on. Also not sure why you can rent a 4 bedroom condo designed for more than 1 family and yet only be provided with 1 parking pass and charge a fee for a 2nd car parking pass.

This is the 4th condo we have stayed a month long in Orange Beach and is by far the nicest. Only reason I gave a 4 star is because the Master Bedrooms closet is locked and they just have a rod hanging on the wall in the bedroom to hang your clothes and the condo only has the public Wi-Fi posted. I work remotely, and it made it very difficult.

This condo was one of the best we've stayed in. The views were as good as it gets, you had views of the back bay, the gulf, and the lazy river area. Check in was as easy as it gets. I will be looking at renting this one again for another family trip. We had 6 adults and 2 preteens and had plenty of room for everyone I highly recommend this condo.

But the instructions as to which elevator to take should be included in the directions as none were posted onsite either. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom makes a lot of noise, so it needs maintenance. Also, in the description, the condo does not have beach access, you have to take a shuttle to the beach, so that was misleading. The view from the balcony is ok, it faces the water but the interstate is there as well, so you mainly here the traffic. All in all the stay was great and I would probably stay again.

Even though there was a shuttle - it was still a ways to get to the beach with small children. The pools were nice. While floors did not look dirty, they really needed cleaning badly. The restaurant on the property was very good. Overall, it was a great stay.

We love the Caribe resort and have stayed here several times in this complex. The unit overall was great! Plenty of space to spread out! The wrap around balcony with multiple sitting areas was excellent! Gorgeous view of the gulf and bay side. The unit was completely stocked with everything you need to stay comfortably. Very close to the elevator which is a plus! We will definitely stay here again!

First we were greeted with cutest gift basket. All the snacks came in handy during our tournament weekend. The condo was well equipped and very clean. The kids loved the bunk bed room. It was a perfect hide out for them. We will definitely book again next year for our tournament weekend ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We loved the warming drawer that was used to prepare family meals. Also, we loved having the cobalt restaurant next door and the rental place next door that provided dolphin rides, deep sea fishing and kayak rentals. It was also convenient having trolley access to the beach even thought it was only a 5 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved all of the amenities on the property! The lazy river was our favorite, but my teenagers loved the game room, and my toddler loved the slides. We will be back for sure!!!

On the surface it seemed clean but after staying there we found food on the walls, A dirty pillowcase under the bed. The master shower head fell off and my son fixed it best he could, we reported it when we left.
