It looks just like the pictures! Very clean, well kept , very comfortable! We arrived late in the evening and it was so nice and warm when we walked in, it was cold outside, but so toasty inside! Everything was in good working order. The rooms were decorated nicely & it was nice having a tv in the bedrooms . Loved the cute hand made information book and the wonderful gift! It was so nice to find things like shampoo body wash, hand soaps, salt and pepper, coffee, tea! The kitchen was supplied with everything you need and it was so nice using the well made items! We text Dean several times and he was quick to return the text and give us information! I overlooked the part where we needed to supply our own sheets and towels but he was so nice to bring us some to use! We would stay here again, this is one of the nicest places that we have rented in this area. Thank you for caring about others and providing a wonderful rental for all of us to enjoy!

Seaside cottage was the perfect last minute getaway we needed to ring in the New Year. Modern and clean. Easily accessible. Dean was very responsive to my questions. Beach was 2 block walk away. We loved it!

Expectations Exceeded! Dean welcomed us last minute when our original VRBO reservation was cancelled by the owner. The property is basically new, tastefully decorated and had everything you could possibly think of! Great communication with the owner and an outstanding location makes this rental a winner!

My family had a lovely time at this Seaside Cottage. When we walked in the place was spotless and smelt fresh and clean. The owners were extremely nice and easy to work with. The cottage is conveniently located near the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. I would definitely stay their again. A big thank you to Dean & Michelle!

All our guests enjoyed the home. The attention to comfort as well as anticipation of the tenant's possible needs were all I could ask for. Michelle and Dean were easily accessible for the minor questions which I personally had. The location of the home was ideal for walking to all the attractions we desired. I would recommend this home for future rental.

We loved our stay at the cottage. Check in and out was seamless and communication with the owners was fantastic. It is a short walk to the boardwalk and right near Ryan's deli - which is great! The owners made sure we were comfortable and gave us reminders on events that were happening in the area. The cottage was very clean and I am quite strict with cleansliness! I was so happy to see how clean and organized it was. We thank you so much for our stay and will definitely book again!

I am originally from this area and was coming back for a vacation. This was a home away from home ! The property was absolutely fantastic. Clean, Spacious, Updated and Beautiful. The home had every amenity for a rental property. Plenty of cutlery, plates and cups. Half of the things I bought for the trip are still in my trunk because this house had it all. The location is great close enough to the boardwalk to walk too but far enough that even when it’s packed you don’t here a thing and can relax after a day filled of activities. Dean was a wonderful host, he was so helpful and kind. He made me feel like a guest in his home as a friend not just a property owner concerned that I am going to ruin his home. Like some property owners do. I would 100% go back again and only to this property because it was also the nicest place in the area. Run don’t walk to rent this property.

Short walk to the beach, convenient location close to local hotspots like Klees and Sawmill, kid / family friendly with Casino Pier close by, nicest place I've stay at by far, never staying at a hotel again, definitely returning back soon.

The check-in process was smooth with Michelle and Dean (a great and very responsive couple). I was looking for a quiet place with access to the beach and a place I could relax and get some work done from "home" - this place was perfect. I'm very picky about cleanliness...this place was spotless. Great local recommendations were also provided for food. Looking forward to staying here again.

The house is a few minutes away from both the beach and amazing sunsets on the bay, and not far at all from the Seaside boardwalk. I'm normally not one to leave a review some places are just mediocre but felt this lovely cottage deserved one! This Seaside Cottage was absolutely everything we needed to unwind. The decor was beautiful everything was SUPER clean and sanitized. The owners were pleasant and available to answer all the questions we had and went above and beyond, asking us if we wanted an early check in, and giving us some of there local favorite places to dine and visit. Kitchen was supplied with everything needed to be able to cook and enjoy an evening drink. One of the best places we have rented! Only 1 block away from the boardwalk. Can't wait to return. Thanks Michelle and Dean for allowing us to create some amazing memories at the Jersey Shore you will def hear back from us soon :)
