Overall nice property and clean.

The condo was very clean and well appointed. Ana was a great host and was very responsive. Our favorite part was the incredible view!

We just love the ocean view from the balcony. We made it point to get this property again for our stay on Catalina Island. The cleanliness, check in process, accuracy of online listing, location, neighbor, and communication with property manager are all a 5 star experience/rating. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent.

We spent a few days here for my husband's 40th Birthday. It was relaxing and fun. So many things to do that fit everybody's to-do list. The golfcart inclusion is a huge plus!

The views for this property cannot be properly conveyed through photos. It’s gorgeous! Wrap around balcony with multiple views of the sea/harbor. Brilliant property with gorgeous amenities. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Easy communication. Spacious 1 bedroom. But let’s face it…it’s the views, views, views

This property was absolutely gorgeous with breath taking views. It was well kept, clean, walking distance to the private beach, close to the pool, came with a golf cart to get around and explore with, bbq on patio with an amazing surrounding scene, could hear the ocean feom patio and inside our condo, lots of room inside and open layout, was absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay here again, but for longer next time.

Hamilton Cove is absolutely beautiful! The weather was very pleasant, the property is very pristine! We went zip lining so much fun! Cooked one evening! I will be back!!!

Great place to stay while exploring Catalina

This condo was perfect for my wife and I. The location is fantastic and the view is remarkable. Having the golf cart was special. It was nice to spend the day touring and then escape town to this special condo.

Amazing views, amazing place.

It was a great stay, the condo exceeded my expectations. The host Amber was very responsive and hospitable. The place had two beautiful balconies and was in very close proximity to the pool. The four person golf cart was also very helpful for getting around town. Overall a great experience, would highly recommend!

This is heaven on earth. It was peaceful, quiet, safe, very clean, everything worked so well, it was beautiful oceanfront I could see the ocean from my bed… I call this my perfect hide out from the busyness of life. I feel so relaxed and will definitely go again… it’s the best kept secret. I came here after reading the reviews and for sure the view is breathtaking! I couldn’t take enough pictures and videos. From the living room and bedroom balcony you see the oceanfront. I was looking for a great view and this did the trick. The high ceilings and amazing shower and bathtub were a plus. Electric fireplace in bedroom was great! I just love this place. The owners were so gracious and amazing in communication. You must try this place. Wry spacious!

This was such a lovely getaway. The accommodations were perfect. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. It was way more than I expected. Out of all the places to stay on Catalina Island, this was the one with the very best view and had such a Greek Tuscany vibe. Loved it so much. The Golf Cart was such a great amenity. My wife and I had an amazing stay at this property! It has everything you would need and then some. The views are incredible and the location is perfect! I would highly recommend staying here if your ever visiting Catalina.

Great place. Beautiful location. Excellent views. Clean. Had all amenities needed. Could use a few fixes but nothing that will ruin the stay. Manager was very responsive. The golf cart was a big plus and it was in great condition. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I was a little nervous because I was uncertain if the property was going to be true to the photos in Vrbo. Our first time renting someone's property for vacation. The property exceeded our expectations and the golf cart was definitely a huge "plus" with the rental. I found myself drawn to the balcony for the ocean view throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends.

Excellent location and unbeatable view. The unit had everything we needed including an awesome golf cart. Out of control of owner but as of (9/12/2022) Unfortunately they were doing construction with jackhammers on the hill above the complex during our stay. Messed with the ambiance a little and the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. It appeared that no one had stayed in the unit for some time before we checked in as it was a little musty when we first entered. But we opened the doors and windows and it freshened up quickly and the sea breeze through the unit felt great. On the first night we pulled the covers back to go to sleep and discovered the sheets had sand in them and the thread count was very low …scratchy. Problem solved, We used the queen size flat sheet for the sofa bed on top of the mattress in place of the fitted and it was much more comfortable . We would not hesitate to stay here again as the entire grounds are immaculate and the views from this unit are unbeatable along with the easy access (very few stairs). We enjoyed our first visit to Catalina and hope to return in the future and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Property was right next to the pool, which made it easy with little kids. They asked us multiple times if we could live here. We’ll come back for sure!

The view was amazing. Loved waking up to the sound of the ocean. The place was roomy and clean, even though not very modern finishes, it had everything we needed to cook with indoors or out on the grill!! Perfert!

My family and I had a wonderful trip to Hamilton Cove. The villa is spacious, comfortable and clean and the view is spectacular. The location to the beach and pool and Descanso Beach Club was very convenient. We enjoyed taking the golf cart around town. We look forward to visiting next summer.

I can't give enough compliments to the Suite or the Owner. Amber is a great communicator and was incredibly helpful with her great advice. Our suite was perfect: comfy bed, beautiful view, close to a little beach spot and pool, and so quiet and peaceful! This was our first time to Catalina and we had a great time. I appreciated being able to zip to town for great food and activities, then head back for some quiet time at Hamilton Cove. Having the golf cart included was a huge plus! There is no place there I'd rather stay!

Although the Netflix, Hulu we’re giving us some trouble every aspect of the location and experience was just perfect!! The golf cart was key, the heated pool and hot tub with a 5 and 7 year old was a highlight, check in and check out was a breeze. Although Hamilton Cove is a bit farther out of town I like the security and serenity that Hamilton Cove offered. We will be back!! Thank you

We absolutely loved our five nite stay here in the Penthouse- the views are better than the photos, and since the unit is on the top floor and on an end, we got that bonus side deck where we enjoyed wine and cheese before heading out to dinner in the super fun golf cart. ( Highly recommend Avalon Grill) The fun nautical decor, the hardwood floors, the huge bathroom with super soaking tub and freestanding shower, plus the crazy comfortable bed with soft sheets and soft towels make this place luxurious. From every spot in the condo you get a beautiful view. All of the personal touches put into this place make this condo one of the best vacay spots we have ever been too. Falling asleep every night with the gentle sound of the waves and waking up to singing birds was so relaxing. Amber was a super hostess and answered all of our questions quickly. We do plan to be back as it is an easy trip from San Diego on the Dana Point ferry. We did a lot of nothing and felt perfectly happy about it - a heavenly honeymoon! .Thank you Amber!
