The staff are so friendly and helpful - went out of their way, several times (!) to make sure we were well looked after and our special requests and needs met! They really made our time here extra special and enjoyable

It is a 35-40 minute walk to downtown Bellaggio-a part of it in a pretty tight road that seems to be one way but isn't so be careful. The hotel offers shuttle service to town but they only have one small van...this was my only complaint. The van booked pretty quickly especially in the mornings. I was also told I would not have to book the van for return trips. but it turns out other hotel guests had booked return shuttle trips which bumped us out when we wanted to get back to the hotel. This was the only bad experience, they really need to invest in a bigger shuttle bus so this isn't an issue. Otherwise you are looking at cabs which are hard to book in this area.

Everything is very clean. Every day cleaning and towels replace. Breakfast is very good and fresh. Staff are very friendly. View is just breathtaking. Enough parking.

The mattresses and pillows are very tough - could be more comfortable. There are not enough hangs for the towels in bathroom. There are no shelves for dress in the room. WIFI in the room was weak.

The view was amazing from the room, pool, and outdoor. Our room was big with a living room and bedroom. The staff were smiling and very nice.

If you are afraid of flying insects similar to coackroshes then be very careful when booking with this place as it was terrifying times for us! We had the worst times ever in our room the first day we arrived. The room was full of those flying coackroaches hiding everywhere behind the curtains. My wife got very scared and we requested the owner to do something about it. She came and suggested that we leave the room for couple hours so they can spray the insect killers around and have them removed. We went out for few hours and came back to find many ones dead and many others still hovering around. We couldn't stand them and requested to possibly pay for this night and checkout immediately. Unfortunately, they wouldn't accept that and rejected the option. They said there will be no refund and we are free to checkout at anytime we want! We couldn't afford another hotel without the refund as we have spent a lot on this room. We had to have the worst sleep we have ever had feeling terrified and insecure. It was ugly and horrible!!! You would assume that the next day things will be better. Unfortunately, it wasn't. Even though I requested to have the room cleaned and sprayed again and though we left the hotel for 14hrs to possibly come back to a clean room! Though the same bugs that were dead are still on the floor and there are still live ones walking over the curtains. Not only that, we had witnessed the largest spider I have seen in my life that I sadly had to put away along with the many coackroaches. You would think that the room we booked had 2 balconies and one large window with a nice view! Yet we never opened them and we kept the curtain closed so that it would slightly protect us from the flying coackroaches. With that, our 3 nights at Borgo ruined our trip that we have planned for the past 4 years mentally. Can you imagine having all your stuff and clothes well closed in the bags to ensure that coackroaches would never get inside!

This place was phenomenal. The views, the staff, the amenities. We wanted for nothing our whole trip. We were so sad to leave and are already dreaming about our return!

The only thing that could be an improvement is the shuttle cost of 4 euro per person per day. It would be nice if it were free since there's practically no way to to get to Bellagio besides a rental car, but overall we loved the convenience of the shuttle!

I really wanted a second room key so I could charge my phone when not in the room. My request for a second key was declined.

We have been in Italy for a month and this ranks right up at the top for cleanliness, helpfulness, comfort and the views are SPECTACULAR from our terrace/deck! would definitely come again!

Balcony rooms have an extraordinary view of Lake Como. Staff is wonderful. With the view of Lake Como, breakfast is a treat.

The view to Como lake is stunning from the apartment. Stuff is very friendly and helpful.

They charged extra for the shuttle service into and back from Bellagio, which given the hotel’s location (about 30 minute walk uphill from Bellagio on a road) seemed a bit unfair

hotel room was very large with huge terrace, the view just fantastic, very nice big swimming pool.

One of the staff members at reception was complicated and not very helpful with advising a good restaurant, only basic snacks at the hotel and no bar, no restaurant in easy reach because no walking strip on side of road for pedestrian but there is a shuttle bus.
