Booking no menciona el monto real del depósito, la reservación marcaba un depósito de 50 usd y me retuvieron 120 usd por noche, por lo que por 5 días fueron mas de 600 usd. Aunque después de 5 días de mi estancia recibí el depósito de vuelta no me gusto que la plataforma no tuviera la transparencia de mencionar estos costos. También los impuestos eran más de lo que marca la plataforma. Aunque el hotel esta muy bien y costo-beneficio esta bien, se me hace muy exagerado que sea un hotel y te carguen más del 30% del costo total de depósito, ni que fuera un departamento.

The staff in the hotel were friendly, courteous, and attentive, the facilities were comfortable and convenient, and guestroom was clean. As well, we enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. So beautifully decorated. It has so much character. All the staff are wonderful too. The location is unbelievable.

The Pendry Hotel is in the Loop at a walkable distance from several attractions and restaurants. The room is comfortable with good amenities and daily complimentary coffee capsules and mineral water.

There was a persistent bad smell coming from the bathroom and the wardrobe needed maintenance as the door was warped.

Amazing location and beautiful building. The staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, plush robes and spa quality products. Beautiful roof top bar and funky lounge with incredible views. Will stay here again!

Beautiful hotel, great location...close to everything

It was sooo noisy! Street traffic at all hours...cars racing down the street and sirens! It is just down the street form the fire station, so lots of sirens. Even people in the hall ways...didn't seem to be any noise insulation. I was woken constantly by people just talking in the halls. Staff was friendly, but you had to get someone to do everything for you (ex-get ice, get a luggage cart... they took quite a while.) They said it was because of covid, I feel like it was just to get tips!

Breakfast was reasonably priced, good service and tasty.

Awesome downtown location, right at the Magnificent Mile and the Chicago River. The personnel is really friendly, helpful and especially at the reception they make sure to give a personal touch to your stay. You feel welcome and at home. The reception has great suggestions for the places to have food and they will make sure you get a table in your favorite restaurant. The room is great. Spacious, modern and very well equipped, with extremely comfy beds and even an exercise device in the room. The historic element of the building are nicely preserved even after the modernization. Make sure you have a drink at the roof terrace, with its stunning view over a part of the Chicago River. Special kudo's to the hotel for sending through the packages that were received after my checkout. They reached me at my home address in Europe within days. Well done!

Absolutely nothing.

The staff was exceptional, from the front desk all the way to the staff in the restaurants. My friend and I notified that we would be arriving earlier than the standard check in time and they kept a room available for us for early check in. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff at the front desk and the bellboys were very attentive. This was an amazing experience.

The bed were very comfortable we loved the bathrobes and pillows especially. I would have liked room for a chair to sit in and there was a buzzing noise that was persistent but we determined it was the electrical outside the building so not much we could do about that. But we thought the staff was particularly friendly and helpful and Elise, the woman who serviced our room was delightful and kind.
