Clean home with all the amenities and a beautiful view.

Enjoyed the backyard and sitting by the water. Convenient to lots of beaches. House clean and neat. Had everything you need.

Had a wonderful time.. It was so peaceful to watch the canal go from left to right.. And the thoughtful amenities couldn't be better. Thank You Helms.

The master closet is nice and big to fit a pack and play in there, they had lots of comfy blankets and pillows which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the beds were not our taste, they were very firm and uncomfortable (bring a mattress topper if you can). The view is beautiful and we enjoyed roasting s'mores by the fire, only a quick drive to the jetty for the sunset! This was really nice for us because we have a bigger family and I do believe its more bang for your buck. I would bring your own cutting board because the one there is plastic and pretty worn. Do not leave any food out! Big raccons roam around at night, we had a big one out on the front porch and he was enjoying our chocolate and hamburger buns. Overrall we had a great stay with a few very minor things that could be easily improved.

This place was clean, organized and great location…. Highly recommend

Nice place and very cleaned. The price for the night is reasonable but the extra fees are exaggerated , we paid more than half of the total for the 3 nights in extra service fee. The check out is also very early but I asked for an extra hour and the host in charged allowed us to do that. Thank you again for that.

Nice place in a great location on the canal. Couldn’t ask for more!

My boyfriend, a couple friends and I stayed here for 4 days. The home exceeded our expectations and was much better accommodated than the one we stayed in last year. They have all supplies you could need for a short or even a long stay which was a pleasant surprise. The dock would have been more enjoyed if the weather had been more agreeable but what else could we expect in March lol. May be staying next year!
