We would likely stay again. Overall we liked the location and the unit was nice and suited our needs
My one criticism, the staff at the desk were not friendly and were not helpful. We found out there was a complimentary bus ticket available on our least evening, as we heard if offered to someone else. In addition, when we asked for assistance, there wasn’t much info or advice forthcoming

We enjoyed our stay here, the location was within walking distance to the main tourist area but far enough that it was relatively quiet. We appreciated the complementary bus passes and made good use of them. Easy check-in and friendly staff if any assistance was needed. Room and common areas were clean and pictures posted were accurate. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at this quiet and comfortable VRBO with king size bed, kitchen and loft. The staff was great and the location great for our daily explorations of the Banff National Park.

The location of this property is excellent. Walkable to everything. We only used our car once while in town. A bit dated and needs some love however the bed was comfortable.

The listing was for an efficiency in a hotel on the edge of downtown Banff. The free parking was great, the 1/2 mile walk to downtown was flat and easy. Would happily stay again. Only strange part was the lost to the bed with narrow steps.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and there was enough room for us to relax. The mini kitchen was perfect for small meals. On the 'strip' but far enough away so that we could enjoy the quiet. We would stay again!

The pool and property were lovely. The only issues we had were a hairdryer that didn’t work (front desk helped) and we had no hot water Sunday morning. Beautiful suite

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great - it was about a 15 minute walk to all of the restaurants we wanted to go, and the initial check in was easy. If you’re skiing, make sure you save enough energy in your legs to do the stairs at the end of the day. Overall very pleased!

Reception employee,Ken, was very nice and. helpful. Place was great and we loved the underground parking w elevator. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, jacuzzi in our room was a big plus and the place was very quiet. Would stay there again.

Great home base to explore the Rockies
We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was just as pictured and having the upstairs loft was great. The bed in the pull-out couch was very c ok mfortable and the staff very responsive Amy time we needed anything.

Perfect getaway
Great spot for a weekend in Banff! The kitchenette was adequate. The property is well situated with good walkability. Would stay here again!
