Loved everything about the condo. Could do a little better on vacuuming under furniture, but overall very clean. Mattresses weren’t uncomfortable, but could use pillow top pads. Neither of these things would prevent me from renting again. Overall we were very pleased.

We always enjoy Phoenix orange beach II. This particular condo (1404) left a bit to be desired as far as beds, bedding were concerned. The beds were not comfortable and, added to that, the sheets were VERY thin and uncomfortable. I feel that for the price you pay to stay, the beds and bedding should be much nicer than that. Otherwise, the condo is nice. Kitchen had what we needed. Very roomy and the kiddos love the amenities. We will most likely return but not to this particular condo.

We had an amazing time! My kids loved the pool area. The condo was beautiful, had plenty of room for everyone and an amazing view. Definitely will be returning!

Stayed for 5 days with my adult children and grandkids. Grandkids had the best time on the waterslide and lazy river as well as the adults. Wonderful family vacay. Would stay here again!

Property had EVERYTHING! Kitchen had EVERYTHING. Only 2 negatives, bring extra TP, only 1 roll per bathroom. Second had to pay outrageous extra fees for parking. If the parking was included I wouldn’t have been a problem. OverLl, gorgeous place to stay!

The unit was perfect for our family and the space was awesome! The only thing we had issues with was the headboards in the two guest rooms were so lose and messed up that we had to put towels behind it so when you rolled over you did not wake anyone else.

The building and amenities are incredible but no outdoor pool. The so called pool outdoor is attached to the lazy River and the slide exit so not really what I call a pool. The security guard was on a power trip and was very rude to my younger God children and when I stepped in he changed his tune but for the money I paid for that place he can be more security guard and less life guard and loose the attitude. Besides that issue it was a great time and great building.

Everything about the property is as advertised! Very clean, huge bathrooms and very spacious. Entire property very clean and brand new. Check in was simple, everything needed inside the condo! Can’t wait to stay again!

Excellent location and very new condo!
We really enjoyed the condo. The lazy river and nearby restaurants, ice cream shop, and donut shop all contributed to a great experience. The balcony view for the local fireworks were a plus for the entire weekend of the 4th.

Might suggest that hand/bath soap be added to guest furnishings (there was only dish soap in our unit) & adding more towels per bathroom would be helpful. Moving bunks to the bath with a tub would be better for kids.

The month I spent at Phoenix Orange Beach 11 unit 1404 was very enjoyable. The only thing I would suggest is to supply a Keurig coffee maker so everyone can have the coffee they want . Decaf, flavored or even tea.There are great Restaurants such as Big Fish and colorful ones such as Tacky Jacks with the Bushwackers to enjoy in the area.

We stayed here for 4 days last week and had the best experience. The condo was much bigger than anticipated. The condo was immaculate. Clean, spacious, and the views were perfect. Our kids loved the lazy River, the slider, and the quick access to the beach. The parking garage onsite allowed for you to be to your car within minutes. It was conveniently located and we will definitely be coming back!

Visited in October 2021... Beautiful property in a wonderful location. Super clean, beautifully decorated, right on the beach, awesome lazy river and slide, and well equipped gym on site. Donuts, dessert, and seafood is right across the street!! The kiddos LOVED the bunk bed and the massive living room tv was a nice bonus. We needed a few extra wash cloths, emailed the staff, and they delivered them within a couple hours. Overall, no complaints! We'll be back!

We needed a few extra wash cloths, emailed the staff, and they delivered them within a couple hours. Overall, no complaints! We'll be back!
