We were very impressed by this property. It was very clean and well put together. Our host was easy to work with and did a fabulous job. I would 100% recommend this place to stay and come back in the future!

We loved that we could walk to most places or catch a short uber ride! I chose the house b/c of of others that mentioned the extra little touches. The white noise was a must!!! When others were on the rooftops late night we heard nothing!! Loved the robes too! The rooftop was our favorite place to hang out.. what a view!

Beautiful spacious condo! Great area and convenient to everything. Super clean and comfortable. Our family had a great time, really enjoyed the roof-top patio and fire pit with amazing views. Kathy was a great host and we look forward to staying again next time in Nashville.

We loved staying at Kathy’s Vrbo! Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in and the space was very clean! The rooftop had a GREAT view of the city, highly recommended sitting up there at night. The Dolly Parton theme was a fun addition to take pictures with. We were able to walk to the Gulch and it was a short Uber to broadway.

The townhouse couldn’t be more accommodating. Everything the owner said about the unit was accurate. We lacked for nothing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. And talk about convenient - walking distance to restaurants, hotels, and shopping. We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again when we plan our next Nashville trip.

Place was wonderful for our party of 12. Bring air mattresses if you want to spread out a little. Tons of amenities, towels, extra sheets and pillows. Robes in bathrooms, kitchen supplies. Great views of city from family room and even better from the rooftop! Nice to have lots of options to hang when not barhopping. Close to Broadway. Walkable but Lyft/Uber around $10-20 depending on size. Great communication with owner! Would definitely come back and stay again!!

This property is stunning!!! The location is amazing. Out of the fray, but close enough to everything to walk if you want. The furnishings are beautiful and upscale, yet very comfortable (as were all of the beds). The extra touches from the bathrobes to the face masks were so appreciated. We LOVED the rooftop deck with the fire pit and so enjoyed the views and we also loved the Dolly/Nashville decor. With the 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths along with the open concept on the main floor, our group of 10 had plenty of room! I highly, highly recommend this beautiful home to help create wonderful Nashville memories!!!

The house is beautiful and convenience. The location was perfect. It is less than 10 minutes ride to downtown and the Gulch area. We had a great time chilling at the rooftop. It was a perfect place to stay for our moms get away weekend.

What a great spot to have a friend reunion and celebrate! Kathy, was amazing to work with- attentive, friendly, and gave good recommendations for food and activities.
We were also able to have an early check-in, store our luggage, and late check-out (last-minute request) which we were so thankful for!. The location is great about a 5-10min Uber ride to Broadway and easy to snag them.
The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and there were even yoga mats we were able to use! The roof deck/views were amazing!
Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

This place was great! The host was extremely communicative and the home was in pristine condition. The roof top was great for hanging out and taking pictures. Everywhere we went was walkable or a short uber ride away. Would definitely recommend!

A group of 10 of us stayed for a weekend and absolutely loved this accommodation. The property was sparkling clean, in a great location and had a great view! Kathy's communication was timely and clear. Would recommend to any bigger group coming to town!

Very impressive home. Convenient location that allowed us to walk to most of our destinations. Also enjoyed the City view from the rooftop patio. Appreciated having the garage/off street parking since some of us drove in.

We traveled to Nashville for my sisters bachelorette party, the house was perfect for us girls and was very spacious and clean. It felt like home to us. Kathy was great throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommend this beautiful home

We had a group of 10 women and we absolutely loved our stay. The place is very nice and was close to everything that we did. The rooftop patio was great a night overlooking downtown Nashville!

We had 12 ladies here for a bachelorette weekend and we could not have picked a better house. It was spacious, clean, well-equipped, beautiful, plus it was a quick and easy Uber to Broadway or a nice walk to the Gulch and 12 South. And, our favorite part was the rooftop with incredible views! Would definitely recommend and will try to stay here again!
Additionally, the owner was so great to communicate with, and very responsive and friendly. She checked in during the stay to make sure everything was okay, and we wouldn’t have hesitated to reach out if anything went wrong while we were there.

Property was as advertised. Clean, great sleeping accommodations, Kitchen well stocked with everything. Ample paper products, bath supplies anything you may h want. Did not have washing machine detergent but Kathy dropped some off. She was/is a great host. Always there to answer questions. Will go back to this house on my next trip.

Plenty of Room, amazing view of downtown from Rooftop. It is walkable to downtown, it took about 25 minutes with a "beverage stop" at Party Fowl!

The property was beautiful, very clean and Kathy was a pleasure to deal with and always available if needed. The house had so many small touches that made the stay even nicer. We were able to walk to the Gulch and Broadway and some even took advantage of the scooters to get around. We loved the Dolly decor as well as the rooftop. Would definitely stay here again. I really appreciated all the extra details that Cathy provided, such as robes, throw blankets, make up remover, wipes, etc. her place is decorated really cute, and the rooftop deck is amazing, although we did not get much time to spend up there.

We had a group of 12 of us get together in Nashville for the weekend. The property was extremely clean, very well decorated, and overall a perfect place for our group to stay. The neighborhood is very upscale & close to the Gulch. Owner was very responsive & even allowed our group to check in early. Would highly recommend!

We spent a long weekend in Nashville with our 3 early teens. The location was perfect. The Gulch, downtown, Vanderbilt all a simple 2-10 minutes away. The house is beautifully decorated, very well appointed and clean. It has everything you’ll need and so many more small touches to make the stay even more enjoyable. The beds are very comfortable also. The kids loved hanging out in the roof with it’s beautiful views of the city. Garage parking a big plus. Kathy was a pleasure to communicate with from day one. We will definitely be back.
