The Classic Cottage was perfect for us, so close to all the venues we had to get to. The house is adorable and was very clean and well stocked. The host was very responsive. Everything about our experience was smooth and we’d definitely stay there again.

This house was exactly what we needed to settle our daughter into her first year at UGA. Had plenty of space for our family and had a gate we could park our cars behind - that felt like an added bonus honestly! House was clean and prepared for our visit and the hosts were incredibly responsive, communicative and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

Great house that feels like home! Well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed, and beautifully decorated. Easy to get to downtown. Lots of space for the whole family. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this rental. I will return!

If I could give the cottage more than 5 stars, I would. Molly was an incredible host, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The cottage is well kept and super clean. Convenient to downtown and the university.

This is a fantastic find in Athens! Molly is a great host and the cottage has everything you need. It’s a great location to downtown and the neighborhood is quiet. The cottage is comfy and a great getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

We were in Athens for a few days while both of my girls attended UGA gymnastics camp. The house and location both were great. Would highly recommend this to anyone traveling through Athens!!

We stayed in this house for 4 nights. It’s a great house. Photos are accurate. Location is very convenient to downtown Athens. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Overall the stay was very nice. There was a small issue with the A/C which the host discovered (from remote NEST access) and the repair was done the next morning already - Thank you!
The initial notification with the check-in information did not get through (I wonder if that's an issue with VRBO, because that happened the second time to us)
The location is not the nicest area of Athens (that would likely be south of the city center), but it close to the center.

My daughter is preparing to relocate to Athens for graduate school and we needed to stay a few days to find an apartment and acclimate her to the city. This little spot was just perfect. The home was spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked and my daughter and I enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the front porch. And you can't beat the location - close to everything and private parking. The owners were responsive and addressed a minor issue promptly. Overall, a great spot!

An older home with some creaks but very well-maintained. An excellent location convenient to all of the best things to do in Athens. Quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly faces taking walks with their dogs. Would definitely stay here again!

My 21 year old son, our labradoodles and I had a wonderful experience. The owners are organized and responsive. The house is completely stocked for comfortable rest and cooking. The house is emaculate! We highly recommend !

Your house is very cozy. We were in town for a volleyball tournament. Two things to consider. The master bed needs a new mattress because it sags to the middle really bad. Also, there was no soap in the showers. Only liquid hand soap at the sinks.
The property itself was very clean and decorated nice! Fresh paint and comfy linens. Plenty of towels is important and you had them. Will stay again when in Athens!

This house was the perfect choice to introduce friends to the local neighborhood vibe of Athens. It’s location is close to all that downtown and normal town have to offer while still giving you the small Athens neighborhood quietness.

Athens cutie
We enjoyed our stay in this cute home. It was clean and all beds were very comfortable. The road it is on is a little tight but there is a nice area for parking behind the house. It was a quick ride to everywhere we needed to go!

We have visited our UGA students many times and this is one of our favorite places we have stayed! Clean, lovely decor and thoughtful touches. Great location as well.

Downtown Athens Music Trip
The property was clean, with 3 nicely appointed bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, we ate breakfast and lunch in the house, dinners out. Downtown is walkable, about 1 mile, or a short drive. About 1/2 mile walk to the Oconee River with a great walking path. Getting in the building was easy with just a 4 digit code to enter. Our host Molly was very responsive to questions along the way. I would stay there again.

Parents Weekend
We loved our stay at Classic City Cottage! The cottage has been updated, yet retains the character of the 100 year old home. There was plenty of room for our family of five to spread out. The location is very cool with coffee shops at the corner, walking distance to Normaltown Brewing Co and convenient to downtown Athens. The host was very accommodating and we look forward to staying again on our next visit to UGA. Thank you Molly…GO DAWGS!
