Really clean condo and everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. The experience was great! I loved it. Definitely recommend!

You cannot find a better place to stay in Belize. If it’s your first trip, I highly recommend mariah’slistings because she will ensure you have everything you need for a great trip and you will be staying in luxury. She educated us on everything San Pedro and gave incredible insight for our trip. This alone was worth it but OMG, the place is great too. Everything is as pictured and cleaner than you can believe. And the staff is exceptional. I truly believe this is the best place to stay in the island. 10/10 for Sunset Caribe 11/10 for staff 11/10 for host

Everything was perfect, what an amazing stay

Great condo! Well stocked with everything you might need during your stay. It is kind of a hybrid between a hotel and a condo—there is front desk check in as well as daily cleaning service. Very comfortable unit—and nice complex. Everything is clean and safe. The unit is close to plenty of dining options, but definitely get a golf cart so you can explore a bit. We did book a few things through the front desk and that was smooth and convenient, too. One of the most responsive owners we have ever stayed with!! Excellent and helpful documentation and recommendations. Extremely quick response and always helpful. The owner provided great info on restaurants, on the area, etc.

The apt was as advertised! It was fully stocked with everything, from snack bag clips to beach bags and umbrellas!!! The pool was very nice!! The only thing that wasn’t in the advertisement, was that the restaurants were across the street at their sister resort!! But it was literally, directly across the street. We had great time, even though it was off season and there weren’t many people there! There are several bars and restaurants in walking distance! We rented a golf cart for only one day, to go to Secret Beach and to dinner at Caramba(must go there!! Best meal the whole we)! We took a taxi to town, to go to Caye Caulker!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

We absolutely loved the condo and area! The property is new and in great condition with fantastic finishes. Pics are accurate. The views of the bay are spectacular. Additionally, the location a bit north of San Pedro is fantastic. There are quite a few great local restaurants within a 5 minute golf cart ride. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone visiting Belize!

This is an amazing property. The condo is relatively new and in great shape. You will definitely feel spoiled. The overall complex is in area with security on site and controlling access in and out of the building. All of the onsite staff were extremely nice and helpful. The condo owners go out of their way to make sure you have all the details to enjoy your stay, well in advance, and the concierge service for the property is extremely helpful in scheduling tours, making arrangements, etc. - in conjunction with the owners. I felt very prepared for the trip with all of their help. I think this is a great location on the island - north of the bridge so not as busy as closer into town. All of my snorkeling tours were just across the street at the sister resort so easy to get to. While l had a golf cart, which is certainly a must for going to Secret Beach or into town, there was plenty of great places in short walking distance for meals, coffee, and cocktails. Highly recommend the property.

This condo is just perfect!!! New, modern and owners have really taken the time to think about everything visitors would want. Staff is very kind. The condo is well stocked not just with dishes etc but so many kitchen items like spices, coffee etc Very helpful esp when you are only there for a few days. There were even beach/pool bags to use. And we really appreciated having TV in each room as our daughter was with us and she wanted her space. And can I add - Mariah was wonderful. We had many questions beforehand as we are interested in buying property. Mariah answered all and then some and of course provided a ton of suggestions of places to enjoy while there. My husband and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary by renewing our vows. Mariah even made arrangements to have our room decorated for the occasion. So thoughtful!!!! Thoroughly enjoyed a nice, sunset dinner over at Rain at Grande Caribe. Our vow renewals were off property so we used Dulce Belize Weddings to coordinate and Jose Luis Zapata photography. Both highly recommended We rented golf cart while there - dropped of at condo - and visited Secret Beach -- its changed quite a bit but loved it. And enjoyed several trips into San Pedro. Love how close the condo is to town for great restaurants but still away from the bustle. LOVE LOVE LOVE our time there. Cant wait to come back. Thank you!

Clean, all the amenities that you could need. The owner did all of extra stuff that matters, stocked the pantry with seasonings and coffee. Vitamix was awesome to have.

One of the best vacation rentals I've ever rented. Condo was upscale and clean. Great view and pool. Front desk was super helpful with booking transportation, golf cart, and tours. My family really enjoyed our time here.

This place was top notch !! Everything you could want or need was there. The view and decor were beautiful! Beautiful Sunsets ! We only stayed 2 nights and could have stayed much longer. But we had 12 others joining us and we were booked at the sister property Grand Caribe across the street. Book this place you won’t be disappointed!!

We stayed in this unit for 4 nights and loved every minute. It's clean, beautiful inside and out, has a gorgeous view and a perfect pool deck. The condo is well-stocked and comfortable, the staff were fantastic and helpful in every way. The location was perfect for adventures of all kinds and we felt safe, away from the noise and hustle bustle, but close enough to get wherever we wanted to go. So many good things about this place. You should stay here. :)

We took a 10 days family vacation on Ambergris Caye and Mariah's condo was the perfect place to stay. We travelled with our adult son and his wife. Having two master bedrooms with ensuites was perfect four our party of four. The condo is new, clean, comfortable and provides everything one could ever need. We had a fantastic stay and would 100% recommend this location/condo to our families and friends. The sunsets every evenings were gorgeous and the view on the bay side very interesting. There is much to see in the shallow waters of the lagoon from the 5th floor. The location is perfect. It is outside of town but not to far making it easy to go and enjoy San Pedro. We did rent a golf cart for the duration of our stay and it was a fun, practical way to get around the island. The Staff at Sunset Caribe was wonderful. They checked in on us from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed. They were professional, friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Our airport transfers were arranged by them and were seamless. If you are thinking of visiting San Pedro, Mariah's condo is an excellent choice. Mariah herself was wonderful to deal with. She was always quick to respond, very friendly and provided excellent information prior to our arrival.

Many amenities Mariah did it right and tight!!!!!

I absolutely loved the condo we rented from Mariah. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. Clean, organized, modern, and the kitchen had everything we could've needed, had we actually even needed anything! Enjoyed having beach access across the street at Grand Caribe. There was soooo much algae in the water, but still enjoyable to look at. Front desk staff was pretty helpful and responsive. We didn't receive any housekeeping while staying. I thought I read housekeeping would come at least once during our stay...... but no one ever did. It wasn't an issue, just noting that detail. The hot water in the shower didn't work on the first day in one bathroom. Mariah informed staff and it was fixed right away the next morning! On our final night, i could hear the folks next door through the adjoining door. We hadn't had neighbors our entire trip (thank goodness).I was told the next morning that soundproof insulation hadn't been put in between the doors yet. That needs to be installed ASAP. Had kids been in the my room (room with twin beds)........ they could've heard some inappropriate sounds VERY clearly. Also, there are bluetooth speakers set up in the condo. I'm not sure how.... but I think they are connected with the bluetooth from the condo next door as well. The neighbors tried to turn on their speaker, but instead it turned on my bedroom speaker (unexpected full volume at 9am), then the living room, then the other bedroom (they clearly were trying to figure out how to work the speaker). It was so weird and startling.... but we realized it was the neighbors because their music started playing and could be heard clearly through the adjoining doors. Overall, this was a GREAT stay and I would absolutely return. We felt safe on the entire island and appreciated the resort security for being familiar with us and so friendly! Our golf cart was safe and easy to park everyday. I can't wait to come back!
