House was just as described. Game room was a nice addition for our kids. Lots of room for us and our kids. Overall great house for our family, would definitely stay there again

My family had an amazing time! Will definitely be coming back. We loved the game room especially after long days out at the beach. John and Kimmy were great hosts and responded to my messages almost immediately every time I sent one with a question.

We stayed at this home for a 3- day weekend to visit family living in the area and enjoy the beach. If I could give this place and the property manager a 0 rating, I would! Property photos are misleading, place is tiny for 8 people, feels more like a townhome and not a stand alone home. After our check-out, property manager charged my account an additional $500 before replying to my email contesting the charges. Charges for a tiny tear on the pool table that was already pre-existing, a old chair upholstery that had come apart on the corner, they claimed that we scratched their vinyl floor, the game room was not insulated and was freezing at night, the patio was tiny and no privacy because you are surrounded by other “nosy” neighbors. They also limited the number of people/family that came to visit by monitoring the Ring camera at all times. I have stayed at many homes through VRBO and have never had any issues with being nickle and diming their vacationers. We are appalled by this property management company and how business was handled. This is how they obviously make their extra money, beware!

Met some fam at the half way(ish) point of CA, was a perfect house for hanging, cooking, relaxing and spending some quality downtime. Walk to the beach is pretty close and easy to access. Overall, was the perfect location for what we needed!

This was just the right place for what we needed! The kids loved the bunk beds, and we had a very comfortable stay.

I was pleased to hear from the owner from the moment we got there through the weekend! The house was super clean. Lots to do in the house and the beach is 5 minute walk away! My parents who are in their 80s came with us and the walk to the beach was close enough for them!!

This place is exactly what we hoped it would be. Our family of different generations got together for a few days and this place marked all of the boxes for us. The house was very clean and exceeded our expectations for desired space, comfort and location. The beds were super comfy; there were plenty of linens for a large group and although we did leave a couple of times, you do not have to as the game room and stereo system was all that was needed for family entertainment. As a bonus, the hosts were terrific to work with. I had a couple of questions and they responded quickly. If the need arises in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

Overall, a nice house close to beach, a few restaurants, grocery & convenience stores. Game room is a bonus. Not a fan of the Keurig coffee maker; would have preferred a regular coffe pot maker. No AC, so chose the room with a ceiling fan. (The others have a standing fan which were just okay, not great). TV in each bedroom is a plus. One big turnoff for me is if you have the bedroom facing the street, know that there are bright lights across the street that stay on all night, so bring an eye mask!

Great little house that accommodated 8 of us just fine. Game room was a huge hit with the teenagers. Walking distance to Grover Beach and a short drive to Pismo Beach. Would recommend it.

My friends and I were very pleased with the property and our interaction with the owners. The only thing I would say is that the bunks can only fit people up to 120 pounds. Fortunately for us we had a few people cancel so beds never became an issue! All in all, I would absolutely recommend this place, and if I was in the area again, I would stay here again if it was available. Thanks Kimmy!!

Very accommodating—lots of kitchen amenities, beach equipment, garage/game room fun with the pool table and foosball, tasteful blue and white beach decor, sparkling clean. Nice to have lots of charging gadgets and tv’s in the rooms. Gas fireplace was very appreciated, just warm enough to take the chill off. It was necessary to contact manager when digital key code wasn’t sent by 4:30. Families would enjoy their stay here.

Our family get together was such great fun and the host was very quick to respond to our initial bathroom door issue. The Game room came to life with some fierce Foosball games and competitive Pool all while enjoying the large living room with great movies. I would have given a 5-star rating had I been notified of the 120-pound weight limit on the 2 upper bunk twin beds prior to my arrival. I bought an air mattress which slept the 2 people not able to sleep in the bunk beds. It all ended up with a blazing bonfire on the beach at sunset on Easter which made the trip a great success to our family. Thank you!

Great location for the activities our family had planned. Game room is awesome! TVs and access to streaming services in every room. Noises from the game room didn't carry upstairs to the bedrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs. One full bath upstairs and the second full bath downstairs. Coffee shop within walking distance. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Lovely home only a few blocks from the beach. There was a cute little coffee shop down the street that had the best coffee. We will definitely book again

This is a lovely property with everything we needed. Well stocked and comfortable on all fronts. The games room was a real added bonus for all ages too!

The property is well maintained, clean and had everything needed for a great stay. The walk to the beach is a few minutes, and passes a coffee shop and bakery. What else do you need? Overall, highly recommended for a family and friends.

This home had a great location -- less than a five-minute walk to the beach. We stopped for a coffee on our way and enjoyed a beautiful morning watching the waves. Plenty of room for everyone, and the bathrooms were fully stocked with everything you would need. The game room was a blast and we spent a lot of time in there playing pool, foosball and cards. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This is the perfect location for a stay in Grover Beach. The accommodations are clean and comfortable and have everything you will need!

We enjoyed a long family weekend to celebrate my son's 19th birthday. This home was immaculate and well appointed with everything we needed for home cooked meals, games (the finished garage is an oasis with pool table, poker,. foosball, TV darts....), and relaxation. We didn't plan for a beach day mid-November, but we were able to take advantage of the 80 degree day on the beach with all of the supplies this home offered! (beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, shovel). A quick walk to the beach and we have fabulous sand castle memories. I particularly appreciated how this home smelled so clean, and had plenty of cleaning supplies, high quality hand soaps, coffee pods, and paper supplies. Those touches give this property a great, boutique feel. This was a great landing spot for a weekend of central coast fun!

Our group was looking last minute for a place to stay and really lucked out finding this. The pictures on the listing did a great job detailing the property - it looked exactly the same. Very clean and roomy enough for our group of 5 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Unfortunately it was a longer then expected walk to the beach. Great place and would stay again.

We stayed here for a family vacation. Location was convenient to beaches, SLO and surrounding area. Game room was fun and nice way to spend time together. The owners were very responsive.
