Great layout, large living, dining, kitchen area community games and dining. Convenient pool with boardwalk access to a lovely beach. Owner was responsive to any requests or problems. We will probably stay there again.

This home had everything you will need in a beach property. The location is perfect. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of space to spread out for a family reunion group of 25. The kitchen was the most well stocked Vrbo kitchen I have ever stayed in. I didn’t want to leave and am already planning a return trip. The only downside(which is temporary) is the new house construction next door. If staying in the next couple months you may want to pack ear plugs!

House was amazing and was perfect for our large family of 28…. All ages. We loved the house and pool and just steps away from the sand! The only downside was the building of a new house right next door and very close to the pool so the construction was extremely loud….. but no fault of the homeowner, the timing of that wasn’t the best but otherwise it was a perfect week of family time! We will go back!!!

The house was perfect for our family of 22. The house was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect and centrally located to activities. The pool was the best. It was partially shaded at all times. If someone was getting too much sun they just moved to the shade. Absolutely no complaints. It was perfect.

Comfortable, lots of living space, gorgeous ocean views in main living space. Wish bedrooms were a bit bigger and there was a hose outside but we had a wonderful time. Close to church, and many stores, activities

This house was fine. We were waiting to book until we got our new school calendars with all the covid delays. By the time i booked, there were not many houses large enough to accomodate our group (12 adults, 11 kids). We've been coming here for years, so have stayed at several of the larger homes. The main living area was great and very comfortable. the kitchen was nice - could have been slightly bigger and the layout not perfect, but it was good enough. We had to buy plastic ware since we didn't have enough silverware to get through one meal. Also, I had to buy hand towels at the store since the house only came with one in the kitchen. The two refrigerators were large and easily fit everything, even if their location was inconvenient since if the door was open, no one could enter the kitchen. The rooms were fine. Very small. Only one night stand in each room since not big enough for two. No dresser or other furniture to unpack, so be prepared to live out of your suitcase. The bathrooms are also small, but it is always nice when the rooms have their own bath. We don't spend too much time in the rooms, so the small size didn't bug me, but the lack of night stand and dresser to unpack was a bummer. The pool on the patio is great - not huge but big enough for our kids to play and have fun when not enjoying themselves on the beach. Location is fine - i prefer a bit further down the road where the houses are further apart, but it wasn't too crowded. The house is very close to large duplexes on either side, and while we were there, one group blared music really loud all day and evening. I wouldn't have minded if I'd liked their taste in music. :-) I couldn't hear the music when i was inside, so that wasn't a problem. All in all a decent house with great main living space.
