The finca was simply fantastic. We stayed there with two families for one week in May. Maria, the hostess, was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us around. Various drinks and food were already there, free to be used. The finca has a main and a minor house, with various bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Everything you can think of you would need in a house is there. The finca is very well equipped. There are various places, both inside and outside, you can sit for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just to relax. We used the large extension next to the kitchen for breakfast and late night drinks and the big round table next to the barbeque for lunch/dinner. The kids especially loved the pool, goal, table tennis table and hammock. There is a lot of space around the finca and no houses nearby. The neighbours are just some sheep who visit the adjacent plot on there daily walk. The finca is near to Artà, which is a very nice old characteristic town with a lively market on Tuesday. We made various excursions on Mallorca, but especially liked the nearby town of Cala Ratjada, were you can shop, walk to the lighthouse, make a boat (swimming, snorkling, sub, bbq) excursion or simply sit down at one of the restaurants/bars, such as Coco Beach House at Son Moll beach. Although there are supermarkets in Artà, we preferred the Lidl and even better, the Mercadona in Capdepara (next to Artà).

Nothing! Not a bad thing, but something to reckon with is that to get to the Finca, you will have to drive through the narrow, mostly one-way streets of Artà, which was something to get used to with our rented VW van, although we managed to return it without a single scratch. Moreover, we often used the slightly longer route approaching Artà from the Capdepera side, which was easier to drive.
