The house is a little tired. Let's start with the A/C. It has central air but the instructions say you cannot set it lower than 72 degrees. Each upstairs rooms has individual cooling units. They run a lot of the time and it is still warm. The house really needs two complete HVAC units and dual zones We tried to open the windows but the master bedrooms' windows have no screens and the bugs were out. One of the other rooms has one window you can open with a screen. The other has only the one window and you can't open it because the cooling unit is hooked up to it. The kitchen was relatively well equipped but several of the handles on the cookware need to be tightened. Also, there is salt and pepper but absolutely nothing else in the kitchen as far as food or spices. There is a nice laundry room upstairs with a good washer/dryer and folding counter. The baths are dated but work (except I had to fix the toilet the first night because the chain was too long and it wouldn't flush). There is a non functioning water feature in the backyard and it must have rained before we got there and the standing water made a great breeding ground for mosquitos. Towards the end of the stay the water dried up and so did they but it made sitting outside hard. Grill worked well. We did not use the hot tub. The location was very nice especially if you like to hike. Trailhead is right in the neighborhood. We still had fun.

Cute and comfy place. Very clean! Nice dining table that held 8 of us as we played card games and chatted. New appliances in kitchen and fresh paint on the walls. Seemed in the middle of a renovation where carpet and cabinets would be next for updating. Hot tub was small but clean and enjoyable. Backyard was well maintained but it was cold and we didn’t spend much time back there. Primary bedroom and bathroom were large! Whole house fan. Individual stand alone A/C units in the three upstairs bedrooms that worked well but detracted from ambiance and kept room blinds from completely lowering.

Great house with lots of room for everyone. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home. We really enjoyed the pool table and large round table where we played a lot of games. Oh, and my husband realllly appreciated the guitar as he did bring his on this trip.

The house was very nice. It was a great location for us going to several wineries. Also close to nice restaurants. Very spacious. The hot tub was a nice perk too. Only negative was there are many stains on the carpeting but that did not stop us from having a great time.

Family came together for a celebration of life

EXTREMELY steep driveway; both cars scraped no matter how we approached and NO parking on the street (although all the neighbors did). Well stocked with dishes, pots pans, spices, coffee, tea, towels etc. But several pans had to be washed before use. And someone needs to get rid of the cobwebs. Renting through Avant stay was painful. Three days before checkin, insisted we sign a new contract, even though signed at time of reservation and rental fully paid. No response to questions. Property was as described, including hottub. Spacious for our 3 generations.

Fun house with all the amenities. Would definitely recommend.
