We had a great spring break at PCB. The condo was exactly as expected. Never had a problem with outside noise. I liked that we were near elevators that brought us directly to an indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools and hot tub and beach access. We rarely had much of a wait for the elevators. The complex was nice. The indoor pools were both nicely heated since it was a little chilly outside. We were bummed the shop that sells ice cream closed at 3pm. The parking set up was not ideal but it was easy in and out of the garage and the sign out process to get a cart was very smooth.

We had a quick trip so really appreciated the breakfast/lunch/dinner options right on site. We at Breakfast in the condo lunch at the H2O restaurant right on the beach. Then hit the hot tub then in for showers and out at night a fun way get the most of the trip.

Brought my mom and kids! We had a great time. Place was clean, had everything we needed, including the beach gear and toys. We enjoyed the beach, pools, games and puzzles. Will definitely book again!

Door operates but doesn’t shut correctly so if you open the porch doors there is an extremely loud whistle throughout the condo. also, the pull out bed is broke so if you’re over the height of 5 foot six your feet are gonna dangle to the floor because the for the bed is broke and the mattress can go down the floor with little to no weight on it. I reported it because I didn’t wanna get blamed for it and I was like it was will look at it. Will send somebody else take care of it. Just look at it..

Wonderful property right on the gulf. 12th floor overlooking the beach. Felt right at home while away from home. Plenty of pools, indoor and out. Nice hot tub; Starbucks right in condo complex. Plenty of things to do, plenty of places to shop, plenty of places to eat!! Condo lacks for nothing!!

The owner is amazing to communicate with. We were able to add a last minute additional day. The condo was cleaned and included way more things that I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend this property and owner to anyone!

We had a fun family vacation. There was lot of things not working in the building. One of the indoor pools was closed. Additional elevators had 1 closed and you couldn’t go all the way to ground floor. Tower one outdoor pool was freezing the whole trip and to use the bathroom you had to walk far because the indoor pool was closed. Room itself we stayed in was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay! Every year we stay in PCB but this was our first time on this side of the pier. The condo, and beaches were perfect for our family! The condo was clean, and had everything you need for a week away from home. All around a 5 star experience!

This was our first trip to PCB. The owner was very communicative. I originally requested one parking pass only to need a second one at the very last minute. She replied quickly and had an extra pass waiting for us in the condo. I really appreciated how easy she made it on us. Being so close to the beach made it easy to get up early and stake our little place on the beach before it got crowded. It was also convenient to run up to the condo to grab something to eat. Everything in the condo was labeled making it easier to find and put away pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, etc. It’s a very large condo resort complex. You unload your things on the third level of the parking structure. They have carts for you to use - you have to leave your drivers license with the attendant while you use the cart. The elevators are very fast. The owner provides wrist bands (8 max) that you must wear when on the resort property. We didn’t use the pools or fitness room at all. The food at the resort is very expensive. Bring lots of water. I’ve made a note to bring at least two cases next time I go. I would recommend this owner and this condo.

Beautiful as always our Condo was great small 3rd room, washer and dryer in awkward place, sofa bed a little beat up but it was a great place. Beach towels provided definitely a plus and sand toys a plus for little ones

The condos were great. They meet our needs. When Ana was contacted about an issue with fhe tub she sent help right away. Everything was repaired in a timely manner.

Our unit was well stocked with everything we needed. The balcony view was amazing, and we loved the property. This unit is a little bit older and had some minor issues (dishwasher, jet tub), but the owner was always quick to respond. Majestic Beach Resort is a great place to stay in PCB.

I loved our stay. It has everything needed for a great stay. The hosts thought through the smallest details to make sure this place feels like home, not just a rental.

Great location! Nice condo! Very big and roomie. No complaints. I just wish the weather would've been nicer during our stay.

We are a group of ladies all family that take a beach trip every year. Our age ranges from late 30’s to mid 60’s. We are all young at heart and have a great time. This property was fantastic in all ways. Very impressed with the cleanliness. Location location location what can I say it was spot on. Ana was a pleasure to work with everything was as she said. Very easy check in and out. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Ana.

Beautiful view of the gulf, watching people on the beach. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of room. The condo building itself, is super clean. Great location and protected parking.

Initially I was satisfied with my stay despite the garbage disposal not working toilet seat had a crack In it dirty furniture no extra blankets or pillows and the door wasn’t locking at first. But to message me asking why was water in the sink knowing I called and told you the garbage disposal didn’t work and he basically said someone will come next week I didn’t get upset because were on vacation. But to send a picture of the door and accuse me of breaking it knowing I left it in good condition is beyond me !! Norman even cursed at me (very unprofessional) when I was being respectful I even mentioned if you don’t like black people and being racist just say that and he didn’t respond !! The toilet seat was old with a crack in it and he tried to put that blame on me as well !! I’ve been coming to pcb the last 10 years and have stayed all over and have never felt like this I actually cried because he was so nasty and rude to me never again !!! Norman doesn’t like black people!

We had an excellent experience and enjoyed our 2 month stay. The unit was spacious and fit 3 adults comfortably. The balcony was my happy place with it’s gorgeous view right on top of the white beaches and beautiful ocean. Communication with the owners was excellent. They were very responsive and helpful. Property was fine. Door code did not work on arrival. Had to call owner to get key. They were very helpful. Weather was terrible, cold and rainy and we left a day early, but that's just life. The beach was beautiful and would have been great in better weather.

This is a perfect spot right on the beach. Great balcony. Beautiful master bedroom. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very walkable!! Beautiful views.

View was terrific and beach was beautiful. Condo was smaller than expected. The description of condo stated it was recently updated and refurbished. It didn’t appear that way to us. Furniture was old, chairs were dirty, third bedroom was extremely small for a double bed. Pocket door to bathroom was difficult to use and needed to be repainted with new hardware. No grab bars Inshower or tubs .

It is very nice place to stay at very clean and overall loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful, the pools were fun, and the beach was amazing. They had plenty of bowls, cups, plates and silverware. We would stay here again. I do have a few suggestions that would have improved our stay. It would have been nice to have 1) a roll of paper towels (supposed to be provided, but was not) 2) shampoo and conditioner (at least for the first night— even a travel size would have been fine), 3) extra blankets and pillows (since we aren’t allowed to use the quilts), and 4) some new liquid hand soaps for the bathrooms. They filled up old, used-up dollar store liquid hand soap bottles with water. There was almost no soap in the bottles at all and the water just shot straight out and splattered on the counter and our clothes. Not complaints, just suggestions! :) Not a huge deal, but it didn’t give the best impression. Otherwise, everything was great, and like I said, we would stay again! Thanks, Ana!

Condo was great. We found everything we needed. Floors were gritty to walk on.

Great family trip with another couple and our kiddos (2 two year olds & 1 infant). Plenty of space. Well stocked kitchen. Extra toys. Only wish there were a few more pillows for the bed since two are only decorative. Otherwise great place to stay and would definitely come back!
