We enjoyed our 8 night stay here at the Majestic! Security at this resort were very friendly. We had so many options pools indoor, outdoor, hot tubs and a movie theatre. If you like football they do post signs that the games are played in the theatre and everytime we went to watch football there was something else playing on the screeen. The room was very spacious and clean. I enjoy spending my time out on the balcony being on the 12th floor we could watch the stingrays and dolphins play. Kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. We did have to purchase paper towels, laundry detergent and hair dryer. Would highly recommend the Majestic! So many amazing things to do around town!!

Property managers already had this condo booked. We switched to another of their properties, not through VRBO, and we’re never reimbursed for the fees. This reservation stayed in place.

Love the resort. Room was as advertised. Perfect for our group. Floors were very Sandy when we arrived but that’s on the cleaning people, not the owner or manager. Will definitely return to Majestic.

The check in was awful due to elevators were down and it took almost 2 hours after standing in line for luggage carts and then standing in a longest line for elevator. The room itself was very nice beside the cleaning was NOT! trash behind and under 3 beds, toothpaste in the sink, the living room sliding door was super hard to open for all of us. We cleaned the sliding rack out and took sweeper apart to clean and tried to fix it but would not work. I am sure there were wonderful rooms to stay in but ours was not clean and after sending cleaning people when we called they came and picked up the trash but did not change the bed skirt that was nasty as well and we told them of that as well.

Overall the Condo was amazing and satisfied all we needed and wanted in our week stay. The rooms were nice sized and it did not feel like we had 10 people staying there. There was more than enough space for everything. The washer and dryer are on its last leg and I did email property management about it with no response. The agitator on the washing machine made a horrible noise like the. Earrings were going out. So washing was to a minimum and definitely when we were away from the condo. Hope they replace it soon. Going to the beach was a little overwhelming as we learned on day 1, if your not on the beach by 5:30am good luck getting a spot on the water. The beach was packed and the only way to get beach front seating was to be down there at 5:30am setting up. But overall we really did enjoy our stay.

My overall impression was great. The staff was very helpful and they were also extremely kind. Location was perfect so you could go to store and other attractions close by. Would definitely recommend others to stay there and would love to go back myself.

The condo is beautiful! The beds were firm which was perfect! The couch was comfortable. There was enough room for 11 comfortably. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking utensils! The view AMAZING! The walk from the parking garage to the condo was very long! That is the only con to this beautiful beach home! I would stay again!!

We enjoyed the stay. Very nice condo. The property had everything we needed and we enjoyed the pools and beach. However the unit had extremely sandy and dirty floors. Our feet got filthy walking in the unit barefoot.

Condo was beautiful with great views. Condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked other than the basic salt an pepper. Check and out was simple, managers were easy to deal with.

We enjoyed this condo. We had a very large group between two families. Lots of kids (7) and four adults. This place was the perfect size for us even with that many! Very clean and updated. Elevators didn’t take long and we enjoyed the gym (yes we went to the gym on vacation). Really loved having the indoor pool when it was chilly outside. That many kids needed something to do. The beach is super easy to get to. Lots of things close by. We walked to the bowling alley one day and shopping another. Walmart is really close and easy for any missing items. Was a nice stay. Only issues were a broken coffee maker (but it still made coffee) and the dishwasher seemed to not be getting power. I would suggest more bath towels since it’s a larger unit to accommodate more people, but we just did laundry every day instead.

However we were disappointed with management responsiveness. Our entire family celebrated Christmas there for 4 nights. On our way to the condo they told us they moved us due to our condo not being ready after renovations. They called back and asked if we wanted to move back to the original condo right before we got to the property. We said no because we had a grocery delivery already on the way to the new unit. We got all 13 moved in and unpacked and then we received a message we had to move to our original room immediately and to make the beds before leaving. We had to move rooms after 8 pm with 6 children. We tried to call management multiple times during our stay to see if they would do something for us losing an entire night of family vacation due to no fault of our own. We hope this was a one time event. It probably was. But some sort of help, a gift card, a night stay, a discount, a returned phone call goes a long way for travelers that travel very often and understand things happen!

The best

The views are amazing, we were able to see the sunsets from balcony and morning sunshine thru our room glass doors. We had a big group of 12 including kids and there was plenty of space and things to do. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Starbucks and convenience store downstairs is a plus. Customer service is the best. Our fist condo was not ready and we were quickly reassigned to this condo, our choice. Then I forgot my phone and they were able ship nda for me. We plan on returning next year.

I’m not one to complain, but I would have wanted someone to tell me prior to booking. The condo was gorgeous , BUT our rooms were not clean. There was sand in both our beds, my kids beds had sand in them. There was lots of candy under the bed. The bathroom shower curtains were covered in black mold, the coffee pot (thank god we looked before using) was FILLED with mold! The sink sprayer also had mold all over it. I was very dissatisfied. I felt like for the price we paid they could have atleast cleaned. The outdoor pool was freezing. We expected it to be cold no biggie. But no one would get in. Not just our family, no other guests would let their kids in or get in the water was so cold. Of course that’s not anything about the condo itself. But it would have been nice to get in the pool.

The property was very nice. The living room furniture is worn, but was not a deal breaker. There rooms were nice size and plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 toddlers. Unfortunate for us, neighbors were renovating and we heard drilling and other construction noises starting at 8:30 til around 4:00. It was hard to get babies down for naps. The view from the balcony was awesome. Unfortunately some neighbors were smoking cigarettes and marijuana from their balcony which left a terrible smell.

We walked into the condo and smelled musty. We didn’t even bring our belongings inside. We left and went to Dollar General and bought $67.00 worth of cleaning supplies. It took us about two hours to get it where we could stay. The sleeper sofa was broken down into the floor with pieces laying under it. Yes, we immediately called emerald coast destinations and told them it was nasty dirty and the sofa was broken (I have photos) I told Sara that they needed to come back and vacuum and she said she would bring me a vacuum. I said no I want them to vacuum. They came and vacuumed two rugs and looked at the sofa. Two day later I am still trying to get someone to fix the mold in the bathrooms and sofa. They finally came and nailed the sofa back together. They sprayed the showers. The dishwasher was smelly and we had to wash run it twice to make sure the dishes were somewhat clean. The sink sprayer had mold down throughout the hose. ( I have photos)There was water under the sink with a smell. (I have photos.) Yes I told them about that too. One skillet in the kitchen. The refrigerator worked fine with ice maker The beds were good. The blankets need to be washed. I did find a sheet in the closet to throw over the sofa to be able to sit on it. The balcony is a whole other story… nasty dirty. It probably has not been cleaned in years. Black mold/dirt on the floor. You really did not want to go without your shoes on. Yes!!! I told them about that too!! (They are going to paint it). I have photos. The condo area is very crowded. The majestic towers are very crowded and the elevators are very crowded all the time. Overall the majestic towers pools were fine. Staff were nice. Never ever would we stay here again. For the money that we spent, it was terrible👎 I have asked for the cleaning fees to be returned. We will wait and see.

We absolutely loved this room! Owners were amazing to work with! The coffee pot was broken and they immediately brought us a brand new one! Would definitely stay there again!

Overall it was a good vacation. The room was dusty. The chandelier had a really thick dust layer. The lamps were dusty. We did like the room though. I also didn’t like the fact that while we were there, a company came into the room to clean the fabric on the chairs. They did not knock; just used the code and walked in. We had to ask them to leave and they didn’t want too. What if no one would have been in the room and something went missing. I think that if we are not allowed to leave our stuff in the room while the house keeping is still cleaning then no one should be allowed to come in during the middle of our stay. Location was great.

We arrived and were extremely disappointed at the state of the condo. It was extremely dirty upon check in and none of the rooms are as pictured as well. I am including a detailed list of what we saw when we arrived, but worse of all was the mold and mildew in every single bathroom and the dishwasher. The condo is in a disastrous shape and so many things are broken as well. It was a huge disappointment. I have picture evidence of all of this. When I contacted Emerald Coast Destinations they did not answer back for over 24 hours and then asked did we want them to send a second cleaner out. We told them no as has already cleaned it ourselves and we knew the worse issues (like mold and mildew) would require a deep cleaning that they could not do while we were in the condo, but had nowhere to go. We then asked them to refund our deposit and cleaning fee and never heard a word back. We have now contacted the BBB. -dirty clothes left behind in drawers -wads of hair and trash in drawers -mold in dishwasher, ran a clean cycle and still covered in mold. -stains on quilts and pillows and what looks like blood on one quilt -master bedroom didn't have a comforter on bed. There is a comforter in the closet in a trash bag. We opened to use but it smells dirty. -bathroom floor baseboard rotting and peeling -couch extremely sunk in and disheveled -stains on mirrors -kitchen table base is broke -doors are dirty and covered in dust -dishes in cabinets are visibly dirty and have dirt/crumbs in them -sliding door in living room can barely be open it is so dirty and sticking -all tubs and showers were visibly dirty upon check in and we recleaned them -the floors are so dirty that within half an hour of being here our feet were black on bottom -no pillowcases on pillows in bunks and queen bedroom. -stains on mirrors -prescription medicine left in top of closet -brace under kitchen table broken -patio chair leg broken -post on top bunk broken -bar stool broken

We were not given that code and called everywhere, waited on hold For hours to finally reach someone for that code. Someone in our group used the bathroom on themselves because of it. They advised us they knew there was another pinpad but forgot to send us the code. We were also locked out of our room the next day for 5 hours because they changed the code on us. We also have not gotten our $500 spring break deposit back. 4/10 I do not recommend this room. 10/10 recommend the condominium however!

Gulf at your finger tips 12th floor condo just rite. Amenities spot on. And spring breakers were gone Lol... 2 Thumbs up that's all I have.
