Die Lage ist top !

Leider war der Pool nicht geheizt. Zu kalt! Wir hatten 4 mal Stromausfall, bis zu 3 Stunden ohne Strom. Sauna durften wir nach 18:00 Uhr nicht nutzen da Solarbetrieben. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist veraltert, zerschlissene Sofas im Bad und Schafzimmer. Keine Klimaanlage, kein vernünftiges Heizsystem. Die Villa liegt hoch über 700 m und im November kühlt es abends sehr ab, so dass wir sehr gefroren haben und den Kamin einheizen mussten. In der Küche war an einer Ecke an den Fliesen mehrer Spalten offen nach draußen, dies war der Weg für die Geckos, die sich im Brot versteckt haben. Beautiful view on isolated location. Everything went smoothly and even exceeded my expectations.

I can not describe how fantastic the Hacienda. The house bigger than you imagined based on the pictures. The atmosphere is phenomen you do not want leave villa because you have anything in the house and in the field what you need to enjoy your vacation. The pool is big and heated, the bed comfortable, the living space giant, the garden simply beatyfull. If you looking for a great villa in Teneriffe I guess this Hacienda one of the best choice.

Honestly, very hard to say any inconvenience. If I should write anything than I can highlight two minor thing. 1. The Hacienda independent from local electricity and water network. It means that sometimes could be issues with water pump (we had it once), but our host, Maxim resolved it promptly regardless it was weekend moreover national holiday. 2. When we were in Tenerife it was a very unusual weather with 35-37 C. The villa has limited cooling potential (only 2 mobile aircon was available) but during the evening we were able cool the rooms for expected temperature via open windows.

Beautiful property with everything you’ll need for a family/group stay. The house is located in the mountains at the end of a quiet village. You’ll feel like you have the surrounding land for yourself. Pool was well maintained with a person checking on it twice a week. When you have a rental car everything is close by. 10 minutes to a supermarket, 25 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to Tenerife south airport. Our KARAT representative was very kind and accommodating.

Beautiful mexican style villa with amazing views and very tranquil. Very comfortable and well equipped. The interior is really interesting too. Karat company offers friendly service and are very attentive. There is a pillow menu and a lot of other services that they offer. There are some amazing hike routes a short drive from the villa.

The pool cover was cumbersome to put on and off and doesn't cover the pool very well. The pool was chilly for a few days mid our stay even after being covered for the night ( after the first pool attendant visit) but the temperature was ok again after the second pool attendant visit. So worth telling the company, we didn't - but probably should have.

It was an all around perfect vacation at Hacienda Miranda. The villa is located above the small village of Charco del Pino without any direct neighbours and a with a very nice view to the sea. The house is very big and offers definitely enough space for 8-10 people. Furthermore, it is very well furnished with love to detail. The pool is heated and was pleasantly warm even in January. With sauna, whirlpool, poker table and table tennis there was a lot of variety and you really didn't miss anything. In addition, Maxim was very attentive and has already answered all our questions in advance and took care of us perfectly during our stay.

We honestly can't think of anything that was missing in the house or that was inconvenient during our stay.
