It was a lovely property and a perfect location. The house was roomy, well stocked and had lots of beds. The communication with the owners was easy.

Rooms are spacious, and comfortable, I think there is a bit of an exaggeration when it says it sleeps 26, that requires everyone doubling up in beds and air mattress' etc. But the house is clean and worked great. The pool should also not be heated in the summer time, far too warm but still a great property. thank you,

We stayed at this home while in town for client meetings. It is a great location with lots of amenities.

The home is great, easy to access, clean on the inside, everything works, etc. The outdoor area is not what it looks like in the photos. The furniture has not been cleaned and was in disarray. The cushions were dirty and moldy. It's obvious they haven't been cleaned this season. No propane in the grill, which had no cover and was sitting in the elements. Empty bottles were scattered around that had obviously been there awhile. No outdoor furniture could really be sat on. The pool was clean, and as advertised, however. The lead photo on the listing probably shouldn't be the outdoor area because that's what really made us choose this property over the others - so that was disappointing. Again the house was immaculate inside, however, and as advertised.

Convenient walk to the beach and roomy for entire family. Only recommendation is the place needs glassware. It has ample plates and coffee mugs but did not have any water glasses, wine glasses or serving plates. We bought a plate to accommodate our group. Other than these few amenities, place was excellent.

This house was beautiful and the pool was a nice, relaxing touch! The owner was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Our only complaint is the condition of this nice house: We found that many of the dishes were put away dirty. The grill was really dirty. Someone previous to us had left dirty towels under the sink in the master bedroom that were not removed before our stay. There were dirty fingerprints and coloring all over the white walls and door handles. There were wagons provided for us to use, a couple of which were broken. All three trash cans outside were full as if previous renters were not setting them out as instructed.

Had a great time at the house! Very spacious and nice place to stay. The pool was our favorite part, and it was very clean and heated perfectly!

The close proximity to the beach gave us a chance to enjoy a healthy morning walk while spending time with friends. The amenities in the house allowed us to enjoy dinners in the house and the surrounding area provided us a chance to enjoy the Hilton Head restaurants.

Loved that this was in a gated community and the house was decorated well but the house didn’t come with enough toilet paper, paper towels, etc. for a 3 night stay. Additionally, there was construction going on right next door as early as 8am on Friday and Saturday mornings. For the cost of the house this should have been shared at booking or at least provided a discounted cost for the inconvenience. When I messaged the owners regarding this during our stay I never received any acknowledgement or response.

Let's just say, it rained the entire trip BUT this house made up for the rain. We were able to let the kids swim in the pool and had plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. We enjoyed the kitchen and the large seating at the bar. It made for great conversations. We take a trip every February where our friends from Florida and our group from North Carolina "meet in the middle" for a weekend of good company. The location to the beach would have been a perfect walk if it wasn't for the weather.

Beautiful Hilton Head home with everything you would want for a beach get away!

The property was beautiful and close to everything. Met for a family trip and all ages enjoyed. The pool was great and everyone enjoyed all the games and tvs.

We were a little thrown off when we got to the property because the pool area was a mess. But we called the owners and they sent someone right out to clean it up and they let us check-in a little early. Other than that, the place was amazing! My family and I were very comfortable and cozy. Everyone is talking about getting the same place when we go back to Hilton Head.

Our group places 3 days of mini golf each year and this year we did HIlton Head and had a great time! We are serious about our weekend outing! We have jerseys, trophies and prizes to include gag prizes for last place. Good fun with the men from out church. This house was a great location, awesome communication, awesome house ….we will be back!

We had a group of 17 adults stay and really enjoyed our time! We could fit 2 small cars in the garage, 4 in the driveway and remaining cars parked in the airport lot for $10 a day. Easy walk to the beach and house is decorated beautifully! We couldn’t figure out how to turn the hot water on in the pool and the beach towels were dirty sitting in the washer when we arrived but did a quick wash and used them, but I’d still recommend bringing your own beach towels. They had plenty of shower towels, pool toys and all the kitchen appliances you could ever need!

The house was a nice comfortable lodging. had plenty of places for our guest to sleep. Kitchen was nicely stocked. we had 5 cars. parked one in the garage and the other 4 fit in the driveway. The property owner was easy to get in touch with and answered all of our questions.

The house was beautiful & perfectly laid out for our group of 15 coworkers. The pool was warm & the outdoor space was nice & cozy. We made the short walk to the beach & loved it! We’re very excited for our next trip to the house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean upon arrival, codes all worked, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would stay again!

We couldn't have been happier with the property. The communication from the owners was amazing, usually responded within the hour. The best thing about this place was the ice maker in the garage! We used this thing a lot and it was awesome to have so much ice for so many coolers and people. We stayed in and cooked most meals since the kitchen is fully stocked, I mean they have everything you can think of. The only thing missing from the kitchen that would have been nice to have was kitchen towels so we went through a lot of paper towels. The pool was a little chilly and we couldn't figure out how to turn the heater on but it wasn't that big of a deal. At night the mosquitoes were a little bad when out back, but we spent most nights out and about anyway. The beds were really comfortable and it really felt like a home away from home. I thought the decorations were really nice and everyone in our party really enjoyed the house. The location is great, we were never really to far from anything and the beach is a quick walk. There was plenty of beach chairs, carts, etc. to use so that was really nice. The elevator was a little tricky to use but was really nice when bringing up a bunch of groceries and cases of beer. Would stay here again!

A beautiful house. Good location. Would have been nice to have a welcome note with house information (ex. The elevator - instructions and operations) and more towels and blankets.

We had a great time at this house! It slept our huge party very comfortably. The only complaint is that the majority of beds are on the top floor and the bathroom on that floor is quite small. It wasn't a huge problem at all because our teenagers loved the bunk area, ping pong table, and pool! Overall, it was a nice house and location!
