We had 6 friends from different cities all meet to attend an event in Thornton. The house was just what we wanted. Many other friends chose to stay in hotels and our experience was so much better. The house was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The location was central to entertainment and venues. The host was responsive to our questions and we had a great stay.

The host was very communicative and helpful. The home is spacious, equipped with great amenities for our teens - pool table, PS2, ping pong, knock hockey, foos ball. They didn’t want to go anywhere with us because the house was so fun. Clean and well stocked with the basics. We will stay again when we return to the area. Highly recommended!

We were going to fly in from San Diego to Denver for Christmas. Despite the snowstorm that shut down all airports for days the owner would not give us any credit. I do not recommend staying at a home like this with these types of refund policies.

Everyone comfortable for the week

Our extended family stayed here and celebrated Thanksgiving. We had a nice amount of room to spread out. It's a great location to go out exploring Denver and surrounding areas. The communication wirh host was awesome and they were very responsive when we had a problem with the keypad , even though it was a holiday.

The house is great for a large family! The communication between the host and me was above and beyond! The host offered to set up a baby bed for my grandson before we arrived based on the ages I had put in my booking. The house is comfortable and very clean! I enjoyed picking peaches and grapes in the backyard with the grandkids!

Came into town for a wedding. House was great for our family of 11 adults and 2 children. Contact with property manager was excellent. Home had all the essentials and then some. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome trip

We were very pleased with the house rental. It was very spacious and welcoming. We appreciated all of the amenities provided. Everyone had a great time!

This property was very dirty. The bathrooms were covered in black hair upon arrival and the entire family continued to find this hair on towels and bedding. I was just unpacking and this mystery hair followed me home. It was disgusting. One the first night half my family was locked out of the house because the screen door lock is broken. The home owner attempted to fix the lock with black tape and the tape slipped leaving my family locked outside at 10pm. Thankfully we muscled the door open for them. The property manager did offer to send someone but we found more tape so good luck to the next group because I highly doubt this will be fixed. Also the homeowner has locked the garage which doesn’t bother me but they have clear evidence of an active leak. Lastly, the house was covered in dust. Every room has a standing fan which is COVERED in dust. I was on FaceTime with someone and they even noticed the dust! GROSS. I was beyond disappointed and I’m grateful my family were troopers because this house was disgusting. Oh and the stairs are incredibly dangerous.

This property met all of our expectations. The location was tremendous for vacationing in the Denver area. We would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Denver area.

We enjoyed the games on the patio and the piano. The back yard was smaller than appeared in photos. Was surprised that 3 bedrooms shared one bath. Stair to second floor is steep and was a problem for one family member. Was plenty big for all eleven of us of various ages.

We reserved for family coming in out of town for son's graduation. The kids loved the pool table and ping pong. Large table to seat us all for dinner and we played board games afterward. Great space for all of us.

Overall we had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect as we were in town for my sister wedding. The house was great for being able to stage everything leading up to the wedding. A couple down sides is that the house was not fully stocked with enough kitchen items to handle the guest amount or a full meal. Thank fully the property manager was incredibly responsive and was able to get us what we needed. The backyard was not very clean so we didn't really utilize that space but it was a good size year with fun table games for kids. Overall it was a a great stay.

The house was perfect in size and location. There were a lot of rules to follow and could have been cleaned a little better (bathroom rugs and tube) but overall stay was great. Harry was very proficient in responding back and worked with us on the extended check-out. I would use this house again.

Beautiful property with a great location. Upon arrival everything was great with an easy check in process. After entering the house and reading the binder with check in/ checkout, and rules inside It states that furniture is only rated for people up to 200 lbs. After noticing that we then see that it’s posted on furniture as well as the toilets in the house. No where on the listing before booking does It have weight restrictions or I would have never booked the house as the average man weighs over 200 and it’s very offensive and hurtful to see that. Overall this would have been a great house to stay at if It wasn’t for some of the ridiculous rules and the offensive weight limit signs.

Wonderful family vacation seeing the sites, hiking in the mountains, eating good food. This home had plenty of child friendly activities such as pool table, foosball, ping pong, video gaming. TV’s in all bedrooms and in the family room. The surrounding area (Rocky Mountains) was the best part.

This house was perfect for our stay visiting family. The house was large, clean and had plenty of special touches. They thought of everything with the amenities, coffee, kitchen supplies, shampoo, etc. even Alexa and great games and electronics for the kids. We very much enjoyed our stay!
