Had a fabulous time, coastal food is amazing for the most part. Beds a little hard, but adjusted to them. Would highly recommend unit 1011. Weren’t advised that we had assigned parking, would be nice for staff to advise since people don’t normally read all the fine print.

The condo was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with big comfortable chairs and a great balcony. We were in walking distance from the beach and several good restaurants. The covered parking was great and secure and we appreciated the carts for luggage and groceries. The manager was quick to reply to any questions. We loved it!

Literally home away from home. We hated to leave, but work and life calls. If you are planning on staying in or near Biloxi and would need more than one hotel room….. forget the hotel and feel at home in this 3BR 3BA Oaisis on the beach. You don’t have to fight the crowds at the public beaches, and you are mere minutes from anything you need.

I stayed at Sea Breeze 1011 unit for 3months and so enjoyed my stay and the unit that I booked it for the first 3 months of 2025. The unit was superb and spotless and spacious at 2160 square ft. The boardwalk out the lower level and the direct access to the beach is super handy. It is handy to downtown Biloxi and the staff of Marie and Kayla took good care of me as did Cheryl the head of the HOA. I highly recommend this unit and the Sea Breeze complex for a stay!!!

Beautiful condo and even nicer than the pictures. High end furniture throughout, comfortable beds and great views of the ocean. Highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed. Enjoyed eating at Shaggys, the Toasted Yolk and Quakes Ice Creamery.

As a frequent renter of properties all over the US, I can't give the owners of this unit higher praise. Everything that we needed to live for a month was in the kitchen. The furniture was like new and adjustable for maximum comfort. The availability of television viewing options as well as the generous screen size was greatly appreciated. Everything felt as much like home as possible. We know that many people abuse rental property. We respected every bit of the property and did our best to leave it in as pristine condition as the day we arrived so that future renters and the owner would never be disappointed.

Girls trip…Mom and my sisters. Spacious and immaculate condo. Looked to have been completely renovated. As a caution, the master whirlpool tub has an odd layout. I specifically picked this condo because of the safety of the handicap rails on the master tub. However, the spigots were located in the far corner of the massive tub. My mother just chose to use the tub in another bedroom. Huge plus that Seabreeze is on the beach. There was construction that impeded our view…have to make way for progress! Looked like they were building a pier maybe?. The street noise can be loud when kids are drag racing. We found the lights to be pretty and didn’t mind the traffic noise.
My communication with management company was perfect UNTIL we arrived at SB and found that the pool would be closed for a few months for maintainable!! This was NOT communicated to me via email nor was it mentioned in the listing. The pool closing had been posted on bright orange paper in all elevators since June 28. Our only pool day would have been the Sunday after our arrival..however we alrea

This condo is Perfect! This is the best condo we have stayed in mainly because the owners of this unit care what their unit looks like. High-end decor, furnishings, flooring. Super Clean! I now have to purchase the same couches that this unit has, they were so great. Thank you for not locking the pantry. The last unit we stayed in at this location had it locked. We were able to keep all of our items in the panty, which made for a better stay. If only this location had a hot tub! Wish this condo was available over Christmas, we always come back for a visit in December. Thank you for everything!

The condo was very nice and the perfect size for our family of 6. No issues with the unit itself. Unfortunately for us it rained everyday and the wind was a constant 20 mph or higher. No kidding, it was like being in Aruba if you have been there as the wind NEVER stopped. We walked the beach and property only one time. There were waves in the pool. All the pool furniture was upside down to keep it from blowing away. Beach Blvd. was later closed to allow heavy equipment and dump trucks to scoop up and remove the sand that blew from the beaches and drifted onto the roadway. Not exactly the vacation we were expecting but Mother Nature is not something you can control. We did not interact with property management other than dropping the keys off when we left.

This unit was very nice and clean. I would definitely want to stay in this unit again. We have stayed with this rental properties many many times over the years. The last two times (one time before Covid) they started a new check in procedure (doc u sign) which is ok after you learn how. Both times I was helped but they were not happy and I wasn’t either. I may not have been use to modern tech but I can learn!!!!

Facilities were very nice. Unfortunately we only stayed one night due to the tropical storm that was in the area. As a result everything was shutting down in Biloxi so there was no place to eat and no guarantee the power would stay on so we left on Monday evening after checking in on Sunday afternoon. Paid for 4 nights and only used one night. No offer of a refund or credit from the rental firm....,
