Great location in Telluride for walking to restaurants, shopping, the park, the free gondola. Clean and nicely furnished unit. Comfortable beds and quality linens. Highly recommend!

Our family of 4 had a great spring break ski trip. Property is clean and pictures accurately reflect the property. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and would definitely book this property again.

We had a wonderful stay in the Fall Line condo! The condo is exactly as pictured. Everything feels brand new, really great decor, wonderful kitchen, heated bathroom floors. You can’t beat the location: walked to the gondola with ski gear, surrounded by great restaurants, bars and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Couldn’t ask for more in terms of location to free gondola, in town happenings, and overall stay in the place. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Clean, convenient, easy, close to everything.
Check in was seamless. I never spoke with a human being about the place the entire stay.
Any issues were easily addressed via text or email with the host.
Close to the lifts, shops, a multitude of great restaurants and just across the street from the library.
Nice hot tub in the center of the building ground level which was kept super hot.. just the way I like it.
The place was just a bit smaller that what we would have liked , and the rug in the living room was a bit dated and stained. But overall a great place to stay. Highly recommend!

Not only was the condo super clean and in a great location, it was fully outfitted with kitchen supplies, laundry detergent AND coffee. And a bottle of wine was waiting for us.

The unit is located within easy walking distance to everything in town, including the gondola. It is also very nicely updated. It comfortably fit 4 adults. The check-in process was very smooth.

This was, hands down, the most well organized stay we’ve ever had. We received communication all along the way that contained everything we needed to know about the condo, location, checking in, etc. When we arrived, it was immaculate and everything we needed (and more) was there. We had lovely spa-like personal products, coffee, a well-stocked kitchen … even a bottle of wine!
My only (small) suggestions are that more towel racks would be useful. There are only 2 and we had 3 people. Also, blackout drapes for the bedroom with the king bed would be helpful. (The bed was incredibly comfortable.) Thank you for giving us a lovely place to stay in your beautiful town!

This condo is perfectly appointed and well-stocked, but more importantly, it is within walking distance of everything. The Gondola is a five-minute walk, and shopping and restaurants are even closer. We loved it and would stay again.

We had a great stay. Check in was a piece of cake and the instructions for how to use everything were perfect. Building is old but the unit is new and clean. Because the building is old, noise from other units can be heard.

Everything was great about our stay. This unit is walking distance from everything in Telluride! Only bummer was that the hot tub was out of service when we were there. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved this condo! It is beautiful, clean and has the most comfortable beds. We also found it was quiet at this location, which was surprising given the number of guests in the neighboring condos. The condo is located central to town and gives you easy access to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

This completely renovated condo is lovely and the location can’t be beat! It is right in the heart of downtown, a short walk to shops, restaurants, the gondola, trails, etc. The condo is nicely redone with modern finishes and was much more affordable than other properties downtown. Our family of 4 had a great time!

Property was super clean and one block from main st. and just a couple blocks from river and hiking trails. Could not ask for a better location. I have a full size pick up truck so garage parking did not work but on street parking was super easy to arrange and convenient. We had a nice stay.

We loved the location and house. Close to everything you need. I would say it is more fitted for 4 instead of 5, unless you are good with one person sleeping on the couch.

Convenient, Clean, Easy Apartment
Great place for close friends or couple. Place was spotless and management was responsive and check in was so easy. Just know the bathroom isn’t an en-suite. It’s in the middle of the two bedrooms which didn’t bother us at all, but something to know if you’re renting with a friend or other couple. Thanks for a great stay! Would definitely rent again.

BEST IN TELLURIDE
Loved my weekend stay here - the place is gorgeously remodeled and in the perfect location to downtown Telluride (literally downtown). Didn't want to leave - highly recommend.
