Second, the rental company spared no expense to make sure our experience was enjoyable. Coffee, linens, snacks, clear instructions and a fully maintained home made our stay very enjoyable. Our stay was great! Everyone loved the property and we would definitely stay here again. Recommendations: Fix front door key pad, we could not use it. Add more rolls of paper towels to kitchen. Gaming table needs volume control. Add sound bar to front tv. Other then that we loved it! Thank you!

This spot was the perfect place for our extended family vacation. There was room to park the cars on the driveway and enough bedrooms for all 4 couples. It was great that each couple had their own bathroom too! We really enjoyed being able to gather around the firepit each night after dinner. We intend to book this house again in the future.

The property was great and was very comfortable and inviting. There were 8 of us staying and all went well, with the following minor exceptions: When we arrived we noticed that the knob to the oven was sitting on the window sill. Upon examination we realized it was broken and could not be used to operate the oven. Second, in the bedroom next to the master bedroom, the handle to the faucet for the tub/shower would only go about half way towards hot. That was not enough to make the shower usable. The guests in that bedroom had to use a shower in a another room.

This property was beautiful & just as advertised. Very spacious & clean! We were there to celebrate my significant others birthday. It was very easy to get downtown from this location! The host responded quickly and made sure we were comfortable. The only thing I would change is the flexibility of the check in & out! I would definitely recommend to anyone that was visiting the Nashville area!

Property was just as advertised. Nice community, great location, and quiet neighborhood. We surprised our son with a trip to Nashville for his 21st birthday. He was not aware that grandma and grandpa, aunt and uncle, and best friend from highschool would also be showing up. Everything was fantastic! Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Kitchen was beautiful with a huge island that was nice for gathering and chatting. The kitchen had everything that we needed for preparing and cooking meals, and the propane grill was nice to be able to grill steaks outside one night. This house also has a beautiful back porch that would have been great (if not for the rain most of our trip). The only thing that we did not enjoy, was the living room furniture. The furniture sits so low to the ground that my 70+ y/o parents, my brother in law(knee surgery), and myself with bad knees, had a hard time sitting down and being able to get up. So we spent a lot of time around the dinning room table. The location was great and only about 5 miles from the airport and 5 miles from 5th and broadway. It was only $20 to uber to either location. We would definitely stay here again!

There are 4 bedrooms and each have their own bathroom and then the suite over the garage also has a private bath. It’s very spacious and the backyard deck and patio are adorable too. We had issues getting the front door unlocked upon arrival and the host replied immediately and was able to get us in. Also this home is just a 13 minute cab ride to Broadway!

Pictures did not do it justice! We had everything we needed. Hosts were responsive. House was well appointed and we used all of it. So nice to have en suite bathrooms for all our friends and the fire pit out back was a nice way to gather in the evening. Highly recommend!!!

This property worked out wonderfully for our group of friends, which consisted of 3 family groups. Each bedroom having its own ensuite bathroom was amazing. House was very well equipped with supplies, down to S'mores sticks and laundry detergent. The backyard was larger than I anticipated and comfortable with multiple options for sitting/activities. The only room for improvement was the comfort of common areas indoors - the couches were not very comfortable and some of the dining room chairs were wobbly/seemed to be on the verge of breaking. Otherwise, it was absolutely perfect for our group! If we ever come back to Nashville we will definitely try to book again.

This house was in a nice neighborhood, but very close to everything...Broad Street, downtown, all the touristy places, grocery shopping, and restaurants. Our stay was so comfortable. We loved the open concept living space, so we could easily spend family-time together. The kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with everything we needed. We also loved sitting on the back deck enjoying our morning coffee, and the beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on. We rented a car, but it is an easy Uber ride into the city. I highly recommend Donelson Hills!!!

When searching for a large home in which to host a family reunion/80th birthday party, we felt sure that we'd never find the right place that would check all the boxes, but we really got lucky when we found this house. Plenty of space for us to all get together, both inside and out, and also plenty of space to get away from each other as well. Just an immaculate and well-appointed house in a convenient part of town - especially with multiple guests flying into BNA. It really reminded me a lot of the better homes we have rented in the Rosemary Beach, FL area...I swear that sometimes I wondered if we were actually in Nashville! Definitely consider this place if you have a large gathering, and I hope you also have the incredible weather we had in the middle of August....like I said, we got lucky!
