My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this property. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. My wife and I have stayed at several properties on this lake but this one in particular has been the best. My friends were extremely impressed with the location, the views, and the amenities offered. We will definitely stay at this property in the future.

Our stay was very nice, especially since our first reservation was cancelled due to a tornado. The inside of the house was very clean. The bedding upstairs and the seating in the living room needs updated. The outside of the house needs cleaned with a power washer and the garage was filthy. The house looks like it needs some tlc. But overall, it was acceptable, the cost was doable and the service of the office staff, Tatiana, was wonderful. Thank you for helping us to have a beautiful Sibling Retreat. We would return and would recommend your service. Thank you.

Loved the house, the location, the outside play area, the swim area. Easy access by land or lake. Will definitely come back to this house

The property was as listed and clean. The appropriate amount of towels and toiletries was given. The keurig was broken however i texted in the morning and by the afternoon a new one was left at the front door. No complaints regarding the property or service. One of the upstairs bedrooms does not receive much air conditioning however fans were provided. We were at the house during 95 degree weather, i would imagine it would be better at other times. We would stay there again however next time during a cooler part of the year.

Despite the crummy weather, we had a wonderful time! Best part is the walk-out backyard just a few yards from the dock. Beautiful view from everywhere in the cabin. We will be back. Keep upstairs bedroom doors open to stay cool! Learned that a little late. Overall, can’t wait to come back.

We had a couple of minor issues on check in. Maintenance took care of everything with a couple of phone calls and text messages. The property was very clean and was as noted on the Vrbo site. The kitchen was as well equipped as I have ever seen in a rental. I would rent from Southern Charm again.

Easy access to the property. Beautiful views from the house. Great communication with the management company. Relaxing week with family. Plenty of towels and blankets. Double oven was an added bonus that helped with our Christmas dinner. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and more. Easy access to Charlotte through Rt 16 Can't wait to visit during the summer season

We made use of all of the amenities and had a totally relaxing, wonderful vacation. House was nicely stocked with paper products and was a super comfortable, welcoming home.

Everything was as it stated. One of the cleanest homes we have been in. Linens were good quality. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of plates & utensils for everyone. They had good pans that were not destroyed by other renters. The property was gorgeous, quiet, secluded. Only suggestion would be brightening up the kitchen with more lights but there were enough to see well. I just like a bright kitchen. We enjoyed the lake and area and spent a lot time at the cabin because it was so nice.

Overall this property was very nice. Beautiful views and plenty of space. I do think it’s important to note the property is right next door to the marina and their is movement and noise next door from 8am until 5pm. Just information that I would want to know. Other then that everything else about the property is great. We had a wonderful stay.

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at Mahogany Heaven. The location was conveniently located to many places, the home was clean and had everyday amenities. The informational digital screen was especially helpful! The home was spacious enough so that everyone had their own privacy. We loved every minute and can't wait to book again in the future.

On arrival we were very pleased with the home and location….driveway a little steep but posed no problem….This was one of the most clean VRBO rentals we have ever rented, and we have rented several. The kitchen was spotless and well organized. The home and it’s furnishings are lovely, location is private, outdoor amenities were enjoyable, it has it’s own private little beach with kayaks. Also right next store is a boat rental place where we rented a pontoon boat for a day, reasonable cost. The home came with everything we needed…..

Such a beautiful, clean property with more outdoor amenities than we even expected. The gorgeous views of the lake from every room in the house kept drawing us outside. This was the perfect backdrop for our family and friends to gather!

Property is right next to Lake Norman Marina. But not in direct sight line. Was able to walk to the marina to rent a boat and then drive it right to our private dock. The Home is also just a short trip from the local food store. The two kayaks on the property were great to use and location in the cove is easy to paddle in. Swimming of the dock was a blast with a ladder to get back on the dock even better. Gas grill and fire pit were perfect as well as the corn hole games. Cooler on wheels in the garage was great to take on the boat. Only negative on the trip were that light bulbs in master bath shower and garage were out and the wooden patio furniture off the master bedroom needs to be replaced. Also master bath glass shower doors close quickly and with a little force which knocked attached glass shelves loose.

The house is beautiful and well equipped. There’s actually more there than what was listed online, like lakeside cornhole! This is our 1st lake vacation. We usually go to the beach, however this was wonderful! We will definitely be back!

Great stay on Lake Norman. House was clean and easily enough room for 10 adults. House was well furnished and outside area was great for relaxing after day on the water.
