No lift...

The location if the property is just excellent. Everything needed for a everyday life is just a short walk away - the SAS foodcourt, the supermarket, the local traditional market, the COVID lab, fruite shops etc. Another short walk will lead you to a small but nice park and to the spectacular balcony under the fancy double hanging building, where you can observe Ararat mountain every hour a day. The center of Yerevan is a short taxi ride away. The neighbourhood is residencial and quite. The appartment is clean and the host provide a cleaning is needed. WiFi works well. The water is smooth and the heater works well. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. Also there are hairdryer and an iron, A/C, TV... Everything for a really comfortable stay for a long period.

The walls lack of isolation a bit, so noisy neighbours may be of some trouble, but is you are tired of day's sightseeng or work it doesn't bother much.

Everything right from check in to checking out. I was supported very well for my long 15 days stay here. I was travelling back to UAE from India and due to the direct flight ban I had to spend 15 days in a 3rd country, after a bit of research I concluded that Armenia was my best option and I must say I got a great and a very economical place to stay at as well. The host Mike was very pleasant and showed we around the area taking me to the local money exchange and the SAS food court which is just a couple of minutes away, this was my go to place for most of my meals. He was very helpful and made my stay pleasant. The room had a built in Kitchenette so I would generally whip my own breakfast and it also had a fridge and washing machine which were required for my long stay. I loved everything about this place. It's about a 15 min drive to the Republic square and about 1100-1300 AMD on a Yandex Taxi which is reasonable. If im ever back in Armenia I'll be back here again.

Near to SAS super market and vegetables market. Near to ECOSENSE lab. Cleaning staff is good. Owner very friendly.

The apartment is in a residential area, with many supermarkets and foodcourts in just a minute walk away. Great serviced apartment perfect for anyone. I stayed here 15 days and even though checkout was at 12pm, the owner did not mind me staying till 10pm until it was time for my flight. Overall, its an amazing place and would recommend highly.

Clean and new apartments, new building, nearby there are banks, exchange, supermarkets and restaurants, still it is in a very quiet place. Really liked host who was in touch with me from the very start. Fast wi-fi and instant hot water, nice and clean bed.
