From our initial booking throughout our entire stay the hosts were friendly and accommodating, they were quick to respond to any queries/special requests we had. Extremely comfortable and happy with the facilities available.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. The facilities on site were nice, particularly the swimming pools and evening entertainment. The host was friendly and responsive.

We used this lovely caravan as a base to visit relatives in Bexhill for a belated 90th birthday celebration and it couldn't have been better. The caravan itself is very spacious, immaculately clean and extremely well equipped. All the information we needed was there and Naomi was really helpful with our questions beforehand. There was even a welcome card and sweet treat waiting for us when we arrived. It was also really useful that arrival and departure dates were tailored to us. We'd intended to use Abi Joseph simply for accomodation but, in fact, it was lovely for our granddaughter to enjoy the pools and playgrounds either end of a day out visiting and we had a very nice meal on the terrace of the Mash and Barrel too. We all independently noted how helpful the Haven staff were. They were especially lovely with children. It was an ideal base for us but we wished we'd had more time to enjoy the site and the surrounding area.

There was honestly nothing to criticise. It may help people to know that the site is steep and it's a climb up from the caravan to the facilities but we were fine with that. If you're using ABI Joseph for basically a Haven holiday, you might find a lot of activities and pool slots already booked as Haven customers can book them before they arrive. The swim slots were fully booked during our break but the outdoor pool doesn't require booking and the indoor one has open sessions 6-8pm. Play passes ( which you need for swimming and can buy when you arrive) are expensive if you're not going to spend much time on site. We decided to buy them anyway because it made the trip much more of a holiday for my granddaughter and the caravan was much more affordable than other accomodation we'd considered.

Very fluent communication with responsible person. Nice caravan with 3 clean bedrooms, close to supermarket.

The caravan and the Combe Haven site was clean and very modernised.

Hastings was very dated with limited activities that were within a short distance.

It was very clean . Well looked after, comfortable and felt like home .

The area was very nice, was quiet all around. It was very clean ,honestly we were very surprised how clean and comfortable was during our stay. You got different store around 5-10 mins, you can come without any food as you can find everything there as you got supermarket around.

The place was great but the " neighbours " seagulls are very annoying :)

Superb caravan and a lovely site couldn’t fault it at all. The booking was straight forward with good communication from the host’s making you feel very welcome.
