This is our second year at this beautiful beach house. Everything you could possibly need along with a great location. We totally enjoyed our week with excellent weather and will definitely be back for more fun in the sun next year.

We had four adults and six kids, aged 12-17, staying at the house, and it was great. Plenty of room for all, very clean, very updated. The kids loved using the bikes to explore on their own. Walking distance to the beach, the shops, pizza, ice cream, etc. And the owners very responsive. Would definitely come back.

This house was by far the nicest rental house we have ever stayed in as a family. The house was beautiful, so clean, and there were so many amenities provided overall. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Bikes in the garage for us to enjoy, beach cart and beach chairs provided. The host was very responsive with any questions we had throughout our stay. We were so impressed with the property and Sunset island that during our stay we were already discussing when we should book the house again.

Your place was beautiful for sure. we had a wounder time. The neighborhood was so nicely laid out. The only thing we could say is it would have been nice to be closer to the bay. not really any water views. All in all, we would stay again.

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the owner. Ryan is a fantastic owner, easy to communicate with, fast response, especially he provided us more than enough flexibilities to accommodate our kids schedule. I highly recommend this place, you will be amazed.

Truly a beautiful, well-equipped property. It is extremely large with TVs everywhere. Kitchen supplies were great. The home was spotlessly clean. If there is one suggestion, please provide a hair dryer. I was surprised with all the extras the home provided, there wasn't one.

Great place, almost perfect.
Overall, my family and I had a great time at the property. The house was in excellent condition, beautifully decorated, well located and extremely comfortable. One family member even inquired about the beds, as they were interested in purchasing the same for their home. There was also the added bonus of bicycles, beach chairs and a cooler available for use. The game room was a great feature for the kids. The only, relatively minor, drawbacks were that the trash was not emptied when we arrived, there were only 6 facility passes (we had 12 in our group, and would be personally responsible to purchase additional passes), and we were only allotted 1 towel per person.
Other than that, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back!

Family Vacation
This is a gorgeous home and one we would love to rent again. Everything was extremely clean and the house has everything you need. The owners were great to rent from and communication was great. We’ve stayed in Sunset Island since 2014 and this was by far the best property!!

Great location!
Amazing house….very clean and in a great spot. Away from the hustle and bustle…Sunset Island is new, clean and relaxing. But the ocean is just a 5 min walk and there’s lots to do outside of the island. The 4th floor was a little smaller than we thought…and we couldn’t get any A/C up there so it was very warm. But otherwise no complaints.

Great place for a family vacation!
We LOVED our stay at this house for our family vacation. The location to the beach was perfect plus having the amenities of the bay beach and community pool was awesome for the little ones in the afternoon. The teens loved the upstairs clubhouse. Everything was spacious and while we had 12 of us, we didn't feel like we were on top of each other at all. Wifi was strong, a number of folks had to work from home during the day and it handled it very well. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, too! Definitely want to come.back next year!

Perfect for a family of all ages
Each year our family vacations within the Sunset Island community and this home was far the most impressive of all. Very clean and a lot of amenities provided including bicycles and beach chairs. My grandson's enjoyed the game room. The property overall was amazing. This was a solid 5 star stay. We are looking forward to next year!

Very nice property - and lots of amenities in the neighborhood that allow you to enjoy Ocean City without getting into all the traffic! Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Amazing vacation property
This was a vacation home that far exceeded our expectations. Pictures do not even come close to doing justice to this condo. It was beautifully decorated with all high end appliances and decor. We had 12 staying there and the spacious second floor was the center of after beach get togethers as well as family breakfasts. The beach bikes were a hit! The wagon and chairs made trips to the beach so much easier. The large game room with 100 inch TV and playstation was very cool for the teens. The resort itself was beautiful and reminded us of a seaside town filled with quaint charm. The owners were amazing from beginning until end. They answered all my questions promptly. Love Love Loved everything!!!

Absolutely Amazing
Our family loves Sunset Island! We have owned 2 properties ourself there and now that we don’t it’s where we always rent. This townhouse is by far the nicest one we have ever stayed at in sunset island. There was everything you could think of provided, the kids had an amazing time in the game room and the layout was perfect for what we needed, everyone had their own areas so we could relax without feeling like everyone was on-top of each other. Communication was amazing and we received a quick response for any questions we had. We will be checking for this townhouse first next time we rent! Highly recommended
