This was a great little cottage to stay in & the communication with the owner was amazing i will be returning customer. The Beach passes was a nice touch as well thanks again for the experience

Clean.Quiet.Perfect. I was able to work with no distractions or disruptions in comfortable surroundings. Access to beach and local coffee shop was a perfect distance and made for the best morning walks. I look forward to staying in this property again.

North Beach was just what we wanted. Quiet, walkable and friendly. The walk to the beach was very doable especially with the wagon to carry beach chairs and umbrella all provided by the host. A beach pass was also provided. The kitchen was well stocked and both the futon and bed mattress were comfortable. Lots of outdoor sitting space. We would definitely return.

Great location three blocks from the beach! Very dog friendly town with plenty of restaurants and a beautiful mile and a half boardwalk. The “Bee” is a beautiful, well stocked, cottage with plenty of room for 2-3 people and their dogs. A fenced in backyard is perfect!!

Second time around was as good as the first. We have friends nearby in Owings. Got together with them twice. Yay! Walked down to the boardwalk with Wyatt and watched the wonder of the Chesapeake Bay.

The Bee was exactly what we were looking for! My family was in Deale, MD, nearby (really easy trips up and back) but my one brother likes to stay with us. The Bee was perfect for 3! The convenience of home, and the locals are extremely accepting, and friendly. Comfy sleeping on futon, nice kitchen and bath, laundry (a must for me when I am away), and the deck in the PMs was awesome! Tammy G. really rocks it with this neat little hide-away!

Very clean, well equipped cottage. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. If your just looking for a place about the size of an extended stay hotel room but way more private, this place is perfect!

A one bed, one bath 420 sqft beachy, updated, 1920s cottage with dog park (and miniature hydrant) in the fully-fenced back yard on a very quiet street. An easy walk; just over 4 blocks to the beach. We didn't go to the beach much because Hurricane Ian got to North Beach about a day after us and sat off shore blowing wind and rain for eight days. Regardless, it was a great time away and we felt very snug. The peaked ceilings make the spaces feel a lot bigger. We swung by Roland's in Chesapeake Beach for groceries and did a combo of eating out and picking up. The kitchen, while small, had more than enough pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, flatware, utensils, coffee maker with filter papers, paper towels, trash bags, a toaster oven, microwave, small 4 burner electric stove with oven. There was even a little ground coffee left in the fridge when we got there. I had brought some from home, and left what was left in the fridge. There's a lovely, small patio out the back with a 4 person table and umbrella, but Ian kept us from enjoying that. It even got chilly enough for us to turn on the electric baseboard heat in each room. (it was October) We didn't need any AC. There are ceiling fans with lights in each room. In the Living/Dining area the four lights were too much, so I just partially unscrewed two of the lights. In the bed room, a wall switch operates the fan and light. The fan is two speed, changed by a pull chain. I turned the light off by it's pull chain and we ran the fan on low at night. It was very comfortable to have a little air moving. Plenty of covers for the bed. There are two flat screen TVs; one in the LR/DR and one in the BR. I signed in to Netflix with my log in and canceled that out before I left. They also had Amazon and several other streaming services. Wi-Fi worked very well on all of our devices. In the bathroom, there is plenty of light. I really liked the vertical hand rail for showering. There's a shelf on the left as you come into the bathroom. Watch out or it might reach out and say "Hello" to your head!! Once you know it's there, you'll be fine. The windows all have venetian blinds and are set high, so if you aren't dressed, you can still walk around inside. Neighbors (and their dogs) were very quiet. As "renters" we felt comfortable between them. We reached out to the owner by text to let her know when we got in and with a few questions. She was very responsive. Would we go back? Heck yes!

I traveled with my 3 dogs, and spent a couple nights. The home was clean and well stocked! You truly really didn't need anything but clothing and food. The neighborhood was nice. Everyone was friendly and I felt safe! I hope to return! Thank you, Tammy!

We had a great stay at Tam’s rental in North Beach. The space itself worked perfectly for us and our dogs. North Beach itself is a little gem of a town…we definitely hope to come back!

Small but very comfortable. Very clean and well equipped. In heart of North Beach. Owners super nice and available for questions- Tammy is super helpful. The only thing is the couch which, is comfortable is difficult to get off for a large old man- like me but the couch is very comfortable. If I go to North beach again, I would definitely try to get this cottage to stay in. Strongly recommend!

This is a perfect little cottage for one or two people. The location is great. It has everything you need for your stay. ALovely backyard is a plus.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bee house completely. Tammy has provided pretty much everything you need. For a small house, my wife and I and our greyhound were always comfortable. Tammy is an excellent host and is very quick to reply to any issues or questions. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tammy!

The bee house is a lovely little cottage in a perfect seaside resort. I stayed here with my friend, my dog, and 5-year old daughter and we had a lovely relaxing vacation for three days. We enjoyed the clean, well appointed cottage and the beautiful garden and Tammy even gave us a bottle of delicious honey from her honey bees! The beach is so close and quaint little shops and restaurants are walkable. Just be advised that the beaches in the area do require a ticket for entry and the ticket costs are pretty steep ($25 for an adult + $10 for a child + service fees if booking online so it can add up). But other than that this place is the perfect beach getaway. I'll definitely be coming back.
