We visited San Antonio to attend the Battle of the Flowers parade and to see the sites. The Pearl Cottage was in the perfect location. It is a short walk to the Pearl district which has great restaurants, shopping, etc, The Pearl Cottage was everything we hoped for and more.. . . 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, wonderful backyard setup, etc.

Host was great and communicative! Place was cute and very clean.

House was pretty and roomy. It had all we needed and was in a great location for walking to the Pearl. Scott was very attentive and answered my questions promptly. He did provide guidance and great ideas for things to do in the area. Uber was easy to get everywhere you need to go if you have no car. Nice getaway!

We were here for a short family event and found the home perfect. Scott was super responsive. The home is comfortable for large groups and a short walk from the pearl with all of it entertainment and food. We would stay there again in heartbeat

We came to San Antonio for 4 nights between Christmas and New Years. We had a wonderful time in the Pearl District and at this property! It couldn’t have been more welcoming for our family.

We had a quick girls overnight with our daughters, and this was the perfect location to walk to some good restaurants. But we loved heading back to the house to hang out and play games. It was well-appointed and had everything we needed. So clean and beautiful!

This is a beautifully appointed property and very nostalgic as San Antonio is where we spent our honeymoon 36 years ago. We loved that this is within walking distance of the Allora restaurant and Jazz,TX club at the Pearl.

We absolutely loved this house! We are a Girl Scout troop and we needed a place to stay with plenty of room for moms and the girls and this house was perfect! The two bunk rooms were a hit with the girls and the beds are super comfy. The house was close to everything we had on our itinerary.

Staying at the Pearl Cottage was the perfect home for our family to of 8. The design is modern, charming and comfortable with attention to detail. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well. The location was a very short stroll to the Pearl District, a must, and the RiverWalk. Scott, the manager, was very attentive to all of our questions and needs. Would really enjoy booking this property again.

Shady neighborhood. We were surrounded by all kinds of Construction...right next door, road construction. The only parking available to us was in front of the house, across the street. While getting dressed for the wedding we were in town for one bathroom lost electricity. There were no extra towels. Bottom Bunk beds in front room were very low, great for small children not for adults. Did not confortly fit 8 Adults & 2 children. It is designed more for 4 adults & 6 children.

The home is beautifully updated and clean. Walking distance to the Hotel Emma and Supper restaurant on the river walk. This location is approximately a mile walk to most other restaurants along the river. Owner is very communicative and responsive. Enjoyable stay.

We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette party, there were 9 of us and this spot was perfect. We were able to walk to almost everything. Everyone was very comfortable and the space was great. The beds that are in the loft are very high up, so keep that in mind. Overall, a great time at a great space. Would totally book again.

Very close to the Pearl. Long but enjoyable walk to Alamo Plaza. House was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone.

I selected this place for a business workshop for 2 days. I am impressed...no... amazed at how the owners updated this house. It is perfect for a large or small group. People came from all over the U.S. to meet and they were highly impressed with the space and the Pearl District.

Beautiful house with everything you need. Neighborhood is being revitalized. Lots of construction but did not bother us. Just a few blocks from Pearl district. Just loved everything about this amazing house. Felt very safe. Perfect for a large group or small. Can’t say enough great things. Highly recommend.🤩

This house was truly spectacular! Walking distance to the Pearl, which is great. The house itself was beautiful and extremely spacious. We had 9 in our group and every person was able to have their own bed! We will definitely be staying here again.

Great house with unique charm. Property Owner & Manager were incredibly responsive and helpful. We had a group of 11 adult women, which meant a lot of questions and curiosity about the area. Everyone had a blast! If anything needed attention, it was handled immediately. If the weather was better, we would have spent another day in the Pearl district. Most of our time was on the river walk and downtown. So amazing!!! We will be back.

We loved this property! It could not have been designed or decorated more perfectly. There was plenty of space, the beds and bathrooms were amazing and the backyard sitting area was so charming. An added perk was how short the walk to the Pearl District was. We had 11/13 year-olds with us, so we didn’t do any of the nice restaurants, but the Food Hall and open sitting area outside was perfect. The only downsides were having to park on the street (which wasn’t a big deal but you do need to know to expect it) and the neighborhood seems to be on its way to being revitalized…but only about halfway there. It feels slightly unsafe but the walk to the Pearl really is so short and then you’re among tons of people and feel quite safe. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!

I can't say enough great things about Scott and his property. The House: The house was great, matched pictures and description on the listing. The house had everything you could need. The attention to details made the stay extra comfortable. This included having small signs throughout the house to guide the guest on how to use items, cleanliness, decor... I could keep going. My favorite part was the backyard... what a great place to just hang out and/or relax. The Host: Scott is the best host I've ever communicated with. He wasn't only responsive, but I believe he went above and beyond to be helpful, not only pertaining to the house, but to our overall experience in San Antonio. It was our first time there and he shared with us excellent suggestions on what to do, eat, visit, etc. Also, his response turnaround, prior to our stay and during our stay, was fantastic. It really made our trip to San Antonio that much better. The Location: House was located super close, I'd say 5 mins to The Emma Hotel. Really enjoyed hanging out in The Pearl District. Also, it was an easy walk to the Riverwalk from the house. I highly recommend this listing!!! It will not disappoint. Scott, thanks again for everything and making our trip extra special!

We had so much fun staying at this rental for my bachelorette party. The house is in walking distance to the pearl district and river walk, beds were comfy, bathrooms stocked with essentials, and overall was very nicely decorated. The only minor nit picks were 1) constructions that occurred all day Friday (they were drilling concrete at the adjacent house); 2) kitchen was not as well stocked as I would have expected with baking and cooking essentials. It wasn’t a big deal for us because we ate out for all of our meals but for group that was planning to make meals at home they might run into some issues. Other than that, our stay was perfect!

Property was as expected, appropriately stocked with coffee, towels, toilet paper, etc. Clean-up requirements were limited, which was nice given the cleaning fee.
