Very convenient location, and the beach is just a few steps away, and you are close to many attractions and restaurants. The inside of the property is true to the listing. Beach chair service was a nice bonus. Communication with the property management company was a breeze, which was well beyond my expectations.

The view was beautiful and the entire booking process and communication with the condo booking organization were great! Easy! The A/C worked great, which was wonderful after being out in the sun all day!

Clean, as listed, great location and AC is the best. Will definitely be back next year.

The first time on the beach with all the fireworks was awesome

I enjoyed having the pool, sauna and ocean / beach chairs right there, the beds could be updated. But overall this was a beautiful place to stay. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. I would come again for sure and stay longer. It's 10am check out on time... so be ready to go. Loved it!! Nat

Place was great - had everything we needed.

We had a good time.. It was clean with the exception of vents and under beds. But. We enjoyed our stay..

We received code before 4pm, place was the same as it was shown on the website. Two king beds, and one Murphy bed, balcony was amazing. It was bigger then what it appeared on website. I will defenitely go there again. Our unit had free umbrella and two chairs at the beach every day. Some units in same complex don't have free service.

Property was just as listed. Great location. Awesome scenery.

The condo and property were nice and as stated, however our biggest disappointment was living with an air conditioning unit that sounded like a motor cycle taking off every time it switched on. I let the mgr know but all they said was is it running? Let us know if it quits! It was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk or hear the TV when it switched on. The unit is in the master bath closet so it was noisy in the bedroom and difficult to sleep with the noise. Really not conducive to a relaxing restful vacation!

Great spot on the beach! Love the balcony, big and spacious! Plenty of room inside! Had everything we needed!

It was a nice place. Way to much sand on the floor around the place. The bathroom tub floods, doesn’t drain fast enough. The bathroom curtain was to short and bath after gets on the floor so we had to use extra towels, then having to wash more often. Check in was not specified. We had to wait for them to give us the code between 4-6pm instead of giving us the option to to check in that time frame. We sat outside by the door when it was 94 degrees outside with 89% humidity.

Very little seperates this condo from good to great. A little TLC in the condo could go a long way. Some simple painting and rehanging of wall decor. Not enough towels are supplied nor any beach towels.You need a table and chairs on the large patio, there was not enough for all of us to even sit, much less eat. If youwould supply some beach chairs and umbrellas also These would move you from a 4 to a 5 star...so what ? we are talking about a $1500 to $1600 investment ? These are not things people travel with to a resort condo and expext from a 5 star location. For these reasons I would look elsewhere in the same building for a place to rent.

This was an excellent place to stay, very relaxing! Beautiful views, clean rooms, had a nice sauna room down stairs with clean pool and steps from the beach. Would recommend to anyone!

Book this place, it will not disappoint I was contacted immediately @ 4pm to let me know that I could check-in. The staff was very helpful and professional . The condo was definitely true to its pics, it was spotless, kitchen had all the necessities the beds were comfy and the patio view was just amazing, we spent alot of time just sitting, relaxing admiring the view, on several occasions we saw dolphins. We were steps away from the elevator and they do have carts available for luggage which was very helpful, the pool was nice as is the hot tub and the beach is just a hop skip away everything is very close by and across the street there's a daiquiri and a coffee shop too! I would recommend this place to Family & Friends as I took my senior mom with me and the comfort and convenience of everything due to her not having to walk so much made this a big plus, I will definitely rent this place again.

Good location and nice condo.

It was everything we expected.

Whole condo needs to be updated with furniture, various kitchen items. The couch cover was dirty looking, otherwise it looked very clean. We paid twice as much for this condo but we also booked late...a month in advance.
