Good location especially if you are attending a congress and the congress center. Modern decoration.
I was a bit disappointed with your service. Both the check in experience and the fact that they came to my room to do the cleaning and they put to the trash things that I still needed: a box of my solid shampoo and a rest of a sample cream. I know they need to clean and it’s good of course but don’t go through peoples’ stuff. Plus they never reply to my messages.

The location was perfect- the room was so stylish and comfortable we were blown away - would highly recommend you will not be disappointed- loved the French door opening onto the street .

Breakfast was perfect and also prepared delicously. Location was great which close to the center of Brugge.
Staff at the hotel gave us the advice about turistic locations, restaurants and pubs which were very useful.

Great location, very close to the main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was Amazing.

Great location and nice style guest house. The check in went very smooth and everything was clear. Our room was nice and clean. The room had everything we needed including a small fridge. Comfy beds.
Our window view was a wall so that was a big minus of the room. I could tell they are receiving a lot of guests because our contact with the receptionist was very impersonal. Besides that it was ok.

Breakfast in the room for a party of 5 with no option to accommodate all visitors nor with an option to cancel it in order to make other plans. Also, unannounced visit in the room to set up said breakfast

We loved the breakfast which we ate in our room. Room and bathroom were clean. Personnel took all the measures for Corona. We stayed in Charlie Chaplin room and everything was great :) i definitely recommend the place for everybody.

Huge bed!
Great location.
The entrance to the accommodation was not easy to identify: we ended up entering through the back door that gives access to the restaurant's kitchen.
The price per night is a little high for the accommodation conditions.

The excellent position of the property, the fresh breakfast served, the polite and friendly staff of the property.
The cracking noise of the wooden floor and the necessity to assess the room via the restaurant. The most disappointing thing though is that the property was renamed and we were never informed! We were trying to find the "Hollywood" sth which was after all "the Mood"sth property!
