A very nice place! Heavy rain during our short visit so we didn't get to see Stonington or other local sites, but we were very comfortable staying in at this property. Loved the decor!

Great place to stay!

We had to be out of our house for hardwood floor renovation and could not have been happier with this property. Very clean, stylish decor and not lacking for amenities in any way. Outdoor area was clean and very well kept, being fenced in was an additional bonus for the dog. Great location, a short drive to the beach or local restaurants. Louis was very responsive and a wonderful host! Thanks for letting us enjoy your beautiful property!

Perfect!

We wanted to get away with our two little guys and dog for a weekend near the water, and this was a perfect spot for a family. After checking in we took a stroll around cute and quaint Stonington. The houses are beautiful, and we enjoyed dipping our feet at Dubois beach before sunset. Short drive to Mystic and the aquarium, and not too far to bigger beaches in the area. Great communication with Louis, and very clean. Nap time for little ones could be tricky if they’re light sleepers because the house is open (which we loved) so it’s loud in the bedrooms, but there’s great outdoor space to spend that time! Our 2 1/2y.o. calls it the “cool house”

We really enjoyed our time at Kori Kottage. The property over-delivered on expectations for our stay in Stonington. It's a great location; we enjoyed everything from biking, jogging, beach time and dining out in the area while leaving our car in the driveway. Small touches from the owner that show an extra effort to make guests feel welcome and appreciated were really impressive and just made this experience stand out from all other rentals we've had in the past. Upon arrival we had a few questions and the owner was incredibly responsive, getting back to us within minutes. The accommodations were five-star fabulous, including a chef's kitchen, great size deck for evening sunsets and really comfortable beds. I highly recommend this property to others planning to visit the area.

We were in town for a family reunion and Louis's property was perfectly located in the Stonington Borough, one of our favorite New England towns. The property is perfect for a party of 4 and is very comfortable and well appointed, with several outdoor spaces in addition to the interior gather. If you go, both Water Street Cafe and Milagro Cafe are wonderful restaurants that are about a 5 to 10 minute walk from the property - definitely worth a visit.

We could not have asked for a better long weekend at the shore! Louis was a fantastic host - providing a ton of great information proactively, was super responsive to any questions (we only had one!), and provided a really enjoyable experience overall. The home had everything we could have asked for - including different size pet beds to choose from! - and even included little touches that made the difference (lots of coffee pods for us coffee drinkers, amenities in the bathrooms, plastic containers for food, etc.). The house was comfortable and roomy, and having a fully fenced in yard for our dog to roam was a huge plus! My four year old especially enjoyed the karaoke machine! It's a quiet neighborhood, close to the beautiful little borough of Stonington and a short drive to LOTS of things to do (Mystic, Westerly, Watch Hill, the list goes on!). We will definitely be coming back!

Bright and spacious contemporary house in beautiful old village of Stonington, CT.

My wife and I stayed with our two kids (7, 10) and dog this past week. We had a great time. The house was extremely clean and well equipped to provide a relaxing and fun setting for us. The location is perfect and gave us a great launching point for morning dog walks around town. The point of Stonington and town beach are about a 15 min walk. The fenced yard worked perfectly for our pup, was well landscaped, and had a serene nook with fountain, outdoor gas fireplace, patio, seating, and umbrella. The outdoor shower was not available for our stay unfortunately (undergoing maintenance), but otherwise all was as advertised and met or exceeded our expectations. We will stay again. It’s a well-styled home, with great walking distance to both the borough and a walking bridge to the Velvet Mill (art studios/galleries). We especially appreciated the rare feature of allowing the dog to join the vacation.

Great place to stay in Stonington. Big enough for the whole family on a great location. See you next year.

This was our third visit to Kori Kottage, and look forward next vacation. Enjoy Stonington Boro, walk to beaches, restaurants, dog friendly! House exactly as advertised- clean, updated, Very responsive owner- Only complaint- days passed too quickly!

This home is lovely- chic yet comfortable and just a quick walk to the Main Street. Louis reached out to us with last minute details before we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed once we checked in. The home was spotless and well appointed - contained everything we could possibly need or want for our stay. I’d love to rent it again should we need a place in the area!

Everything was perfect for our stay. Anytime I needed help (and I did a few times) the property manager was accessible and answered my questions. Worth every penny. Great location.

My boyfriend and I stayed there for a 2 night stay and it was perfect. The home was interesting, and simply decorated. The beds were comfy. Only snafu we had was trying to figure out the heat, but Louis and his team was great and quickly corresponded with me about it, and easily resolved everything. There was plenty of coffee, and a wonderful touch of a $25 gift card to Indulge coffee shop. I would recommend this place. It was a pleasure working with Louis.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 6 year old, and newborn) and our dog, spent a long weekend here and it was absolutely perfect. The check in process was super simple and communication with the owner was so fast. The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. It was well stocked with coffee and pantry items, if you decide you want to stay in and cook. There were dog beds for the dog, couch covers, and a fully fenced yard. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more and can’t thank Louis enough for allowing us to stay! 5 stars. Would absolutely recommend!

We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our time at Kori’s cottage in the charming town of Stonington Connecticut. We (my husband & our little dog) felt an immediate feeling of warmth & love once we set foot into the cottage. The décor and design layout is chic & comforting; the afternoon sunshine that radiates in, is perfect for a nap on the couch & the beds in the rooms were of the upmost comfort!! Family & friends came to visit & felt welcomed & love the ambiance. We enjoyed a great night together & the karaoke machine was too much fun! Louis is an absolute dream. Was a pleasure to chat & text with him with any inquiries about our stay at the his lovely, cozy- Kori’s cottage. Will be back soon!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Kori Cottage. It was very clean and well equipped. You could walk to shops and restaurants. Stonington is a lovely town and you are a short drive to Mystic for more exploring. The beds were comfy and the showers good. The yard had some lovely spots for lounging and enjoying the sun. Th owner was very responsive with any small questions/concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Louis’ home is beautiful and the amenities make you feel right at home. We rented for Parents Weekend at CGA and had our cadet and grandparents with us. It accommodated privacy when needed along with wonderful gathering spaces. Louis was great to work with as well as the property mangers. I would come back to enjoy all that Stonington and this comfortable, stylish home have to offer!

Utterly gorgeous. This house was not only beautifully decorated but it was also comfortable and clean. This was one of our favorite houses. We loved the comfortable textures, the beautiful artwork, the deck and grill ,.. The house is also walking distance from beach, shops, restaurants,… The best!

A modern, bright, comfortable house with all the amenities anyone could want. Large deck with plenty of outdoor furniture and umbrella. The kitchen is open and huge, filled with state-of-the-art appliances. The owner/manager was always quick to respond to all questions. I’d definitely stay there again.
