Happy to say it looked exactly like the pictures! We stayed for a week in early October...it was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the bedding and towels were great quality, the yard provided abundant seating and a fire pit! The river is right outside the backyard, but you have to be standing at the fence to see it. It's close to everything, including the charming Historic District.

Very comfortable and spacious with lovely outdoor area. Our dearly departed little dog would have loved it! Quite a bit of road noise in front bedroom (esp Friday & Saturday nights which I suspect were teens street racing) but otherwise very quiet. Plenty of room for visiting family to enjoy a meal or 2. Would stay there again. Host was easy to reach by text although we didn't have any need to contact her.

The property is nicely decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud. We were only 2 people, but the space is huge! It was a great place to stay and explore the Rogue River area. We felt pampered in this beautiful home.

The house was great and we enjoyed our stay! The house was well stocked and very clean. Our only two issues were that the dryer did not work - We were told we could go across the way and use her son's dryer, but we felt awkward doing that so we just air dried our clothes. Also, there is no door on the bedroom behind the loft so it is just open to the loft which is obviously open to the main living area - this does make it difficult to put kids to bed. Our toddler would complain about the light and not want to go to sleep since the rest of us were awake. We have young twins as well, which are used to sleeping in a dark room so we put their cribs in the master bathroom since the rest of the rooms got a lot of sunlight through the sheer curtains. Not a big deal, as this will be an issue with a lot of rentals, just mentioning it here incase others are traveling with babies - this was a good option since the master bathroom was big enough to put 2 pack n plays in. We would stay here again if traveling to the area again.

Some friends and I were in town for a few days and this was a great spot! Very clean, comfy beds, and the owner was very easy to communicate with.

The unit is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the setting is quiet, safe, and lovely. The bed and bathroom linens are plush, pretty, and comfortable. I would recommend this without reservation.

The house was perfect. The home was nicely stocked with the necessities of home. Beds were cozy and the living space very inviting. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area. Very close to downtown shops and restaurants. Host was very responsive as well.

Clean, spacious and very comfortable house.

For our recent work trip to Grants Pass, we needed to rent a 3 bedroom house for 3 weeks. We looked all over but came up short. Fortunately we came upon this place! Not only did it suit our needs, it was above and beyond. The place is clean, and perfect to spend time in. It's loaded with amenities and made our work trip a breeze. Every room even has its own bathroom. We hope to stay here again next time!

There are not enough good words to describe this property. It literally had everything that one needs for a comfortable, upscale stay. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, the beds were wonderful, linens wonderful. The yard is place to comfortably sit outside and enjoy the beautiful Oregon weather. The owner of this property did not miss one detail. Very high class amenities. They have thought of everything. Tony was delightful and responded quickly when we reached out to him.

We stayed at the property with 2 families of 4, including young children. The property was clean and communication with the owner was great. The backyard, firepit and propane grill were an unexpected highlight, we had room to play lots of yard games (bags, bocce and ladder ball) with the kids. The open concept made it a bit challenging to put kids to bed if the adults want to stay up, since there is no door on the upstairs bedroom.
