L'emplacement de l'hôtel avec vue sur le lac. Malheureusement les chambres n'ont pas d'accès.
La personne qui m'a reçu tard dans la nuit était courtoise. Même si lors du départ elle a mis en doute mon paiement.
Le bruit des clients. La musique autour de la piscine et très tard.
L'absence de vue directe sur le lac Victoria.
L'entrée de l'hôtel est sombre.
Loin de la route. Il faut commander un taxi.

All stuff was perfect, kind and super helpful .

The rooms are beautiful with an amazing view of the lake. Loved it and the staff were very friendly

The staff were slow at responding to customer requests.Room service was average.Rge front desk officer was good but overwhelmed by work . He Needs an assistant during night shift.The good was good though and check out time of 12:30 was perfect.

Shower was cold water, service was poor, building is old and not maintained

The breakfast was good but better if it had been served as a buffet instead of a la carte.
The location is also not bad except that there is no enough and visible directional signs to the Hotel.
The direction of the Hotel wasn't clear from the main road.
The parking is too far away from the rooms.

The breakfast is on average as compared to other facilities in the same range. Generally the amenities are great and the place keeps you busy such that you forget home a bit! It’s just too noisy during the weekend because of the pool area and functions. The place is good!
The spacious room and it’s arrangement! The balcony and washroom areas were exclusively beautiful and peculiar. The swimming pool was a deluxe of its kind! Thanks for this facility!

The Staff are very homely. Honestly, my siblings and I were treated like royalty. Everyone just wants to give a hand, at every instance. All my requests at booking were in place when I arrived. Thank you Aquarius Kigo.
There was a problem with the water heating system of the bath tub in my room. Nevertheless, the shower was in order.

It is a great place with great quality of food and at the same time the staff are really cooperative and respectful in addition it has a great view & this is a place you really wouldn’t miss out if you look at the great nature and location in really a great way. The swimming pool is situated just in the right angle and the view of the lake just completes the whole area.The room is great and with one of the best qualities of food that is served I have to say I am pleased was there with my family (we are couple with a child) we had a great pleasure at this place and I have to recommend others not to overlook this area. It is really worth the price & standard is great !!!
Honestly all is worth when it comes to this place there’s nothing to dislike.
