First stop on our Tennesse road trip. Perfect to unwind after a day in the car with comfy living area and quality bedding. Walk to shops and restaurants - we loved Myrtle's chicken & waffles! Short distance to the university for a visit with my teen.

We were in town for a production at the Tennessee Theater. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area and the theater was a 5 min walk.

Everything was great except for some food left on the floor in kitchen the beds were not comfortable at all and the bathroom towels were folded but still wet

My entire family came down with flu. I reached out to property manager and owner to request moving our stay dates. They declined. We won't ever use this group or property again.

Stayed for parents weekend - cute place within walking distance of the Square. Advertised coffee would be supplied and even emailed but there was only a coffee maker, creamer and sugar. Also, property manager wouldn’t allow me to mail back parking pass and insisted on charging $50.

Property is unique downtown loft experience. Parking is to be expected of a downtown spot.

We had a fantastic experience and would stay again. A warm and inviting spacious loft in the Old City. Location was perfect for a college visit for our son and football game. Securing the property on line was super easy and convenient. Check-in and Check-out was just as easy. I would give more stars if it were possible.

Great property The unit was as nice as shown in the pictures, which is not always the case. Very easy walk to restaurants and shops. Property manager was extremely responsive. The washer/dryer was a great plus.

This was the perfect place for our overnight in the Old City. It is in walking distance to a ton of restaurants and night life. Easy check-in and the property management team responded to all questions/requests within minutes. Parking was close by and finding street parking out front for loading/unloading was easy. It's a loft, but each bedroom was quiet when we shut the doors. Was concerned with building noise, but once inside it was as quiet as can be.
