Location was perfect, staff was helpful and friendly, a great experience.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable, and no chairs in the room.

We did not expect the balcony and that was awesome! Beds are comfy and staff is so very attentive.

Very comfortable bed and bedding. Cleanest hotel ever. Saw a worker bleaching the stairway, was pleased. Pleasant staff, bath lovely. Wonderful stay! Can’t beat the downtown location, restaurants walkable. Huge fire pit with s’mores out back. Breakfast great to grab on the go. We loved it!

Just the too large bed frame for the mattress, can catch your foot or knee on it if not careful. They could put some kind of soft guard on it possibly, especially for kids and older folks. This is the only issue we had over three days there.

It was very cold set the thermostat to 80° and it never warmed up. There was a fireplace in the room but we were told they were waiting on parts to fix it.

Would have liked a place to eat it rather than having to take it back to the room. Food was fair to ok in quality.

great design, fabulous bedding and towels, robes in room, with lots of thoughtful amenities like a hair dryer, white noise machine, ironing board. amazing bath products and shower pressure was fantastic.

if you are a light sleeper make sure to talk to the property before booking. Our room (501) had some noise issues that prevented a good night’s rest.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the little extras like s'mores around the fire pit. Terrific Location. To top it off, the staff were amazing! Always available with smiles to assist in any way.

Breakfast was OK in that the selection was minimal. The first day, croissants were available but not on the second day. I did not like the cheese biscuits. Jelly or jam would have been nice to use on the croissant.

The room was very nice - however, it would have been better if one chair had been available to sit and relax. Also the noise from the unit above was irritating. The noise reduction machine did not help. We would probably not return for these reasons. Of course we could request a second floor but the steps are extremely steep and not conducive for the elderly.

Bed was super comfortable, included breakfast, great location.

Mold on bathroom ceiling, thin walls and wood floors makes you hear every noise from other guests, new LEDs on old wiring had lights flickering, hard to get the room temperature set well, poor value for the cost.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and how nice the room was.

There was a clicking noise that kept happening from the AC unit.

The rooms were clean, spacious and new. The service and the location were great. You’re right on the Main street with shops and just a few minutes walk to the water. The hotel gave out complimentary s’mores at night to use at their fire pit, complimentary breakfast, and some dog treats in the room at check in. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and we’ll definitely be back.

They have a policy that your dog isn’t allowed to be left unattended in the room, which we weren’t aware of until arrival. So its bad weather, then you may be stuck in your hotel room since you’re not allowed to leave your dog unattended and dogs can’t come indoor dining, etc.

Everything was beautiful, clean, and well curated! Perfect for St. Michaels. The check was smooth, our room was adorable and they even gave us some caramels for an anniversary present. The lobby had a very cute, well curated shop and a coffee bar. The breakfast in the morning was pastries and coffee that were fresh and delicious. We also stopped by their restaurant, Ruse, for a cocktail and some oysters. Their happy hour menu was well priced and tasty! For additional amenities they gave guests the option to take bikes and helmets out for the day. The bikes was very cute and had baskets for shopping! They also had s’mores for all guests and a fire for roasting at 7:30 every night! We loved our stay, it was so worth the price!

If I had to choose one thing I didn’t like it would be that the rooms weren’t very sound proof. Our room was on the first floor right off the lobby so we heard a lot of movement throughout the day and morning, but it was quiet at night.
