We really enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were exactly as expected and advertised. Would certainly stay here again.

We had a great stay at this property! It was in the heart of town, shops and restaurants are literally on the doorstep. The property itself is clean, well equipped, spacious and nicely decorated. The only (slightly) negative is that we were there on a lively Friday and Saturday night and this is located on the main street that runs through town next to a bar which stays open quite late. So if you're looking for a quiet stay this might not be the one for you, but if you don't mind a bit of nighttime noise then this place is pretty much perfect and I would certainly recommend it.

A very convenient location in the center of St. Michaels, an easy walk to the Maritime Museum, restaurants, and shops. Nice living area and kitchen, just be aware that it's on the 2nd floor if you have difficulty with steps. Easy parking immediately behind.

Very nice flat in the middle of St. Michaels. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Comfy bed and kitchen seemed well stocked even though we didn’t do any cooking. Jennifer was quick to respond to questions and to an issue we had during our stay. We’d love to stay here again next time we come to the area

The flat has been newly renovated and is immaculately clean. Everything you would need is supplied and while we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen is pretty well stocked from what I saw. Super convenient as it is on the main street and you can walk everywhere. It was not a problem for us, but the noise on the street can get a little loud late into the evening if you have the windows open as we did but is was usually quiet by midnight. Also not an issue for us but there are steps outside and in. All in all a perfect weekend getaway!

Great house in a great location. Plenty of room and great decor

We stayed at Flat 207 for three nights in August (Thurs. - Sun.). The property is seemingly brand new and beautiful styled. The pictures posted here very accurately portray the rental. The location in town is ideal. We were able to walk everywhere in town in 15 minutes or less. And even being right in the middle of everything, it was very, very quiet (which also says a lot about St. Michaels). We also took advantage of the option of renting Wheelie Good Bikes. It was nice to wake up our first morning there and be able to hop right on the bikes for a casual ride. I really enjoyed our weekend in St. Michaels and would recommend Flat 207 to others. It is a great spot for a couple and would work well for a small, young family, too. The living space and kitchen is very open and spacious.

We loved the location in downtown St. Michael's where we could walk to shops and restaurants. Other attractions like Cambridge, Oxford and the Harriet Tubman sites were easy day trips.

We'be been staying in various locations in St Michael's for the last 5 years. By far this was the best. We will see you next year!

The unit was fantastic. The pictures do not do it justice. It was very clean and top of the line interior. It is situated in the heart of St Michaels which allows you to walk everywhere. Jennifer was amazing to work with she is extremely responsive to any and all questions. We are already planning a return trip again. There was nothing overlooked when they stocked the kitchen. I highly recommend working with Jennifer if your planning to visit the area. Thank you for a memorable trip.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in July 2023. The flat is comfortable, well-stocked and perfectly located in the center of town. We'd definitely stay here again (which is not something I say about most vacation rentals!).

This Flat is well designed and decorated beautifully. It has charm and has the sense of home away from home. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind after sightseeing in St. Michaels. The location is superb. I took the dog on a walk to the Parks and the Wharf near by from the back lot every day. We also walked to get on the Bike and walkway trail. I could walk out the front and go get a coffee at Sprouts, ice cream or buy a gift. The shops, restaurants are right there. We loved the convenience of being in the center of St. Michaels; and the ease of walking distance to the entire town and Harbor.

We had an amazing time staying at Flat 207! We loved being able to stay right in the middle of Saint Michaels. Jennifer was very responsive to all our questions. We did discover ants in the apartment in the kitchen area.

A wonderful place to stay in the St. Micheals area. The location was great and in walking distance to all the shops. The rental property was so nice and true to the pictures. I recommend this property if you are visiting.

Thanks for the wonderful stay of 4 nights in December! We watched the St Michael's parade on Sat am and walked to the boat parade that night. The kitchen has everything and more! Very quiet and easy parking in back. We hope to return!

Flat 207 was perfect for our needs. It was just my husband and me and our pup for a week including Thanksgiving Day. The flat is on the second floor of an historic building right on the main street in St. Michael's (Talbot St.) and has recently been refurbished. The furnishings are nice and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The appliances are excellent, the kitchen and bathroom (1.5) fixtures are high quality, and the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of good dishes, flatware, glasses and several small appliances that you might want to use (blender, mixer, etc.). A couple of serving bowls/platters and some baking dishes would be helpful (probably not necessary for most people's needs but we were staying for a week and cooked in a couple of times, including Thanksgiving). There is a gas fireplace which we used; we had a little trouble with it, and the property manager sent someone by the next morning to try and fix it. You can walk to everything in town from this location, which includes lots of cute shops, great restaurants, a winery, several parks, historic homes and buildings all around, and of course the waterfront. The flat is spacious enough for two adults but there is only one closet that was storing some extra comforters and linens, so a suggestion would be adding a dresser or nightstands with drawers in the bedroom. Again, if you're just there for a weekend, probably not needed. I would highly recommend this charming flat for a stay of any length in St. Michael's, MD.

Flat 207 was the perfect location for our girls weekend. We loved being able to walk and explore St Michael’s. The flat was spacious and management was very responsive.

Nicely renovated apartment in an older, free-standing home right on the main street in downtown St. Michaels. Business on ground floor, but was closed during our stay. Bedroom faces back lot, so quiet despite main street location. Fixtures and furnishings top notch. Loved the stay, will definitely return.

The apartment is right in the middle of town, it takes just a couple minutes to walk to plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. Easy check-in and private parking in the back. Would love to come back and stay again.
