Anniversary weekend. We relaxed and enjoyed to town of St Michaels and the beautiful property.

Please do not stay here and waste your money. This is a 2 star hotel at best. There was no air conditioning or temperature control in the room. We could not sleep it was so hot! Also, there is no concierge on site. Good luck booking activities. We played phone tag with offsite concierge. Activities were not listed in the lobby nor in the room. We could not find the activities on the TV . There were communication issues between staff regarding activities too. The sheets and side table were also dirty. The hotel reimbursed some of our resort fees but would not refund our room fee. Hotels.com did not reimburse our stay. What a stressful weekend. Never again.

our AC was not working (81F in the room upon checkin) and we asked them to check on it while we were at the pool. we were told that they engineer checked and that we probably left a door open and that we should go back and close it. so we got back to the room and it was still 80F+ degrees. there was no door open. They rechecked and said the AC was not working and would we like to switch rooms. that could have been very simple, but instead it required many interactions, etc. the next morning the AC repair people were on their phones outside our new room (apparently where the AC units were) for a while and we could hear every word...
otherwise it was lovely

Had the best time! Staff went out of their way to celebrate our 30th! We enjoyed paddle boards, kayaks, tennis, swimming, Bocce, croquet, golf and sailing! So beautiful and everything provided right there!

The property is beautiful, with terrific gardens and magnificent water views. Our room (06) was waterfront with huge hydrangeas outside.
However, the bathroom needs renovation. The pedestal sink was awful as there was no place for cosmetics or the cosmetic bag. An upright suitcase on wheels was brought into the bathroom to provide a needed serface. The soaking tub had a smallish glass "shower curtain" so the floor was a bit moist after showering.
The bed creaked with every movement, the creaks matching the loud creaks when the wardrobe doors were closed!
While the service was outstanding, the room rates are astronomical, much more than the room warranted.

This property is beautiful. The staff were attentive and friendly. Only one night, and worth the money (to me). I love the quaint feel of the property, eventhough it is quite the opposite. Only had the grilled oysters...yum, as I wanted to eat off site and prople watch :-). Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property & room - awesome time to celebrate ‘Oysterfest’ in St Michael’s. Everything is walkable and the hotel offered historical/ghost/kyack tours that you should seriously take advantage of. We’ll be back!

This was my second visit to The Inn at Perry Cabin. It was every bit as lovely as the first time. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had a terrific water view. The gas fireplace and comfy chairs were especially inviting. We were there to visit the beautifully designed Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad museum and state park in nearby church creek as well as the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum next door. We were supposed to only stay one night but decided to stay another because it was so relaxing and peaceful. We will definitely come back with friends & family and take full advantage of all the things you can do right there at the Inn. There are boating opportunities, a spa, bocce, two restaurants and more.

Absolutely fantastic stay here and can't wait to come back. The staff handles every single thing you could ever ask for and more. I had to get documents signed and handled and they were able to help me every step of the way. From transportation to asking directions and places to go throughout our stay we had a remarkable time! The historic and regal setting on the edge of the Chesapeake Bay, at the edge of a quaint victorian era village, is beautiful and luxurious. It's like a cruise experience without getting underway. The kitchens are creative and serve quality, farm to table fare, but some may be looking for less imagination and more down-home tastes in selections and seasonings. The beds are so high that short or elderly may have difficulty ascending into bed, but the rooms and grounds are lush and relaxing. Staff from top to bottom are most accomodating.

Clean, well restored inn. Room was small but worked fine for us. Pool area was clean, well stocked and pool boys were always ready to help. Food at both the pub and Stars was good. Reservations recommended for Stars.

The Inn at Perry Cabin's was beautiful, welcoming and relaxing! We loved everything about our stay - the location is perfect, the grounds are lovely, staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming, and so much to do just on site. We loved the tennis courts, pool, paddle boats and sailboats. We will be back - it is a special place. Thank you!

Beautiful property, very close to downtown (walkable). The staff were wonderful! Nice amount of activities. The food and cocktails were amazing (I would go back for the chocolate brownie and don’t give up the ship cocktail alone!)

This is a beautiful inn with excellent service, but the walls are very very thin. We could hear conversations on both side word for work (Theo, don't make me raise my voice at you) and tons of thumping from above. Had the noise not settled down by 10pm, we would have packed up our stuff and left. It was supposed to be a relaxing couples weekend away from our kids, but it was not and for the price, you would think it they would have dealt with the structural problems that make it so loud. We will sadly never stay there again.
