The apt is beautifully decorated with easy parking and keycode access to apt. It has everything you need! The property manager called me directly when there was a question about parking to ensure the safety of my vehicle.

It was loud just as disclosed but we didn’t mind. Loved the location and ease of exploring downtown. Nice and comfortable space. Any issue that arose was addressed with prompt response. Very happy with the stay.

Place was great! Clean and roomy. The back door lock did not work when we were there but there was a front door to use too. Looking forward to returning! Thanks

Great location downtown in the middle of great night life. Highly recommended if you want to be in the middle of the night life action in LaCrosse.

First of all, the unit is fantastic. TONS of space, and it's beautiful! The location is a blessing and a curse. From the condos location, you can basically walk to anything you want. We had reservations at Digger's Sting which was literally just down the street. Super convenient. The curse of the location is the bar that's next door. Although we were warned in the description, it was worse than what we thought. The bar kept us up most of the night and then by the time we DID get to sleep (30 minutes after last call) the garbage and recycling trucks showed up with a cacophony of sound!!! We were in the back bedroom which faces the alley and it was brutal. I'd recommend this unit to someone in their 20s who is interested in the nightlife and stays out until 2:00 am. If I were 20 years younger this would have been the best place to be! Again, we were warned. We just didn't think it would be so bad on a Thursday night.

Overall, this was a great experience! As stated, you can definitely hear the bar noise from Broncos. However, it just made us feel like we were apart of the party. This apartment is the best for those going out and about downtown. The easy door access from the bar street was also so convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing 2bd 2 bath apartment right in the heart of downtown. It was perfect to just walk right out and be so close to all of the bars/restaurants close by. Brian was great to communicate and very prompt in response. 5/5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our apartment. The unit was spacious, attractive, comfortable, and clean. The property manager was incredibly responsive, even during off hours. Loved being in the downtown area.

Our stay was fantastic. My wife and I live just north of La Crosse and were meeting up with some friends for the fourth of July holiday. Instead of staying at our place, we decided it would be fun to be closer to downtown. The mansion on Main did not disappoint. It's a big old beautiful flat right smack dab in the best part of La Crosse. Tons of space, very comfy, and quiet at night. The property manger was extremely accommodating and very easy to get a hold of. Everything was great and I can't recommend this place or this property manager enough.

Everything about this place was great! The location is right in the middle of everything, the apartment was clean and spacious, and everything was well stocked! The other reviews are accurate that this is above a bar and can get loud but the hosts provided examples of the sound levels ahead of time which was extremely nice to get an idea of what to expect. Check-in was easy and the hosts were responsive. Our stay was a 10/10 thanks to this location!

Our daughter graduated from the university and we booked this for the location. It was perfect. It was centrally located to all establishments we celebrated at and a very short walk to Lacrosse Center for ceremony. Would highly recommend.

Awesome apartment right in the heart of downtown LaCrosse. Loads of room. Very modern and clean. Located on 3rd street within walking distance of tons of restaurants and bars. It is located above a bar that thinos music until 2:30 but we had so much fun that we crashed and it didn’t bother us a bit.

We arrived to find everything to be better than expected! The location was amazing and we only used our car to go up to the bluff.

We loved the layout and decor of the property. We did not go to LaCrosse for the party experience though and you have to be able to tolerate noise well into the night time hours. We would strongly recommend the property for those going to experience the party life but we would look for a quieter place if we were to return.

While the proximity of this location may be great for those wanting a night on the town and wanting to go to bed after 3 am, those that want to rest and sleep well should not stay here. It is above a bar and you can hear everything despite the ear plugs. I failed to realize this when booking for a 100 mile bike ride for JDRF with my family and young kids. Even after 3 when it was quiet the beds were very hard and extremely squeaky. No sleep was had yet we were within walking distance to the La Crosse center. Warning for those wanting to rest in between seeing the sights of La Crosse or maybe this is only for for those who do not require much sleep.

Very nice property and great location. If wanting to explore night life, this place is where you want to be, however you will here some of that night life in the unit as music from bar below can be heard in the unit. It didn't keep me from sleeping though or enjoying my stay. Nice layout.

A bunch of us girls came up here for the weekend and we definitely will be back! The location was prime for us, we parked our cars and never had to drive the entire weekend. Definitely will be back next year!

This place is beautiful and clean. Was surprised by 2 things: charged over $100+ for cleaning fee, yet was texted on last day to take trash out, launder bedding,. Got locked out because one of the keys was the wrong key. Loud music as mentioned in other reviews

Lovely, upscale apartment, well equipped. Could benefit from thick area rugs on hardwood floors to add coziness and dampen noise. Would move couches close together for foursomes and add two more chairs at small round table. In future, buy the bar to eliminate the noise, which will keep us from returning. Lots of potential. My family and I were in town for a wedding. It was a perfect spot to stay with all the bars/night clubs right below your feet! It was an easy walk to bed. Haha!

Perfect location for exploring downtown & the river. Access to great restaurants. Beautiful & safe building. Only downside was we could hear the loud, pounding music and chatter of the bar next door until bar close.
