Great location, comfortable home!

This property was perfect for a week long visit with our son who loves in the area. The house was decorated impeccably, spotless and all kitchen gadgets were in new condition and super clean. We loved the chef’s kitchen and used it often. Steps from the beach is very accurate and the house was equipped with everything we need for a beach day. A 5 star property. we will be back. thanks for a great vacation.

We loved our stay at this rental. It was everything we expected and more. The only thing that could have made it better was a backyard pool to cool off after a long day at the beach and in the island sun :)

This house was marvelous. Great living space. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom were excellent. Master Bed very comfortable.

We attended the Island Off Road Jeep Event as one on the Charities that were benefiting from the event ( Jon's Mission for 22). The house was beautiful and very comfortable. We loved the welcoming snack basket and all the amenities. They house was better than we could of hoped for. We will definitely stay there again

All of the rooms were spacious, kitchen was modern and beautiful and we had everything we needed including beach gear. Our teens had their own large space and it was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and even across the bridge to groceries Communication was excellent and getting into the property was seamless. Highly recommend!

This property was wonderful for our two week stay on Singer Island – – great location between the Atlantic and intercoastal waterway – – quiet neighborhood – – in easy walking distance to town center of island, the beach and park/playground area. House had a nice and recently remodeled kitchen that we fully used. The covered back porch, gallery area was a comfortable place to spend time any part of the day with grill and comfortable seating. Cecilia, the host and property manager was very attentive, responsive to any needs and great to deal with during our entire stay. Would give this property a solid 5 star rating and recommend without reserve for those seeking a ground level experience. Hope to stay there again on future visits.

Nice location and met our expectations.

I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnb’s, however this was by far the most beautiful. Leila was an exceptional host and was easily always available. She even went out of her way to drop off some surprise treats for my husband and I since we were on our honeymoon! The location was right across the street from the beach and close driving distance to several other scenic areas such as Juno, West Palm, and Miami. I’ve already recommended this Airbnb to my family in hopes of us going back in the future!

Maven's place was located right across from the beach and shops on Singer Island. The house is beautiful, spacious and super clean as well! The lanai perfect and our group had an amazing time. My family and I would definitely stay here again!!

I have stayed here about six times already and have not been disappointed. The neighborhood is extremely safe and beautiful. The location is superb, being across the street from the beach and a variety of great restaurants and entertainment practically in your backyard. I always enjoy the unique perk of not having to deal with the rush-hour traffic. Highly recommended.

This property was perfect! The amenities were outstanding. We had everything we could possibly need. We cooked all of our meals at the house and everything we needed was available. The house was clean, there was plenty of room and the beach was a short and easy walk away! Cecilia was a dream to deal with! She was super responsive and quickly answered any of my questions. If you are looking for a wonderful home on Singer Island, look no further! This is your place. We will definitely be back!

Our family enjoyed the visit, great location. Very quiet and private and walking distance to the beach. Wonderful kitchen to cook. Communication was great and they made sure our visit went great.

Lovely house, very spacious, super clean, huge kitchen, very comfortable beds, large clean bathrooms, lovely veranda and backyard, across the street from the beach, walking distance to a number of restaurants and convenience stores. Read all info carefully, i.e. check out time and number of guests allowed to visit house. Communication with hosts was excellent. We thought this spacious, clean house was a great location and setting.

Loved this house and the location! The house was immaculate and every thing we needed was already there! From welcome snacks, bottled water, toiletries, beach chairs and beach gear the house was fully stocked with everything we needed! The kitchen is amazing and we all enjoyed a bath in the master tub.

We loved every minute of this stay. The home is immaculate and superbly cleaned. The jacuzzi bathtub with all its electronic functions is amazing. Very high scale kitchen with induction cooktop and everything you could need. We loved grilling and hanging out in the lanai. The beach is just a few steps away and the home provides a complete beach gear. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Many amenities not found elsewhere, from bathroom supplies to welcome basket with treats to beverages in the refrigerator. The property manager was amazing! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend this property.

The property is well appointed and in close proximity to the beach. We were very excited initially with the location. However, the property lacked proper cleaning, there was sand all over the floors, piles of sand in the shower and on the furniture. the owner did try to address the issues but we did not want cleaners coming in during our relaxing time, and felt this should have been cleaned prior to our arrival. There was also an enormous amount of mosquitos inside the house and we kept getting bit. When I told this to the owner she suggested we left the doors open, which we did not. In addition to that we found a huge roach in the master and the owner again didn’t think this was a big deal. we had lizards inside the home as well as other small creatures and this overall left the experience undesirable. When we both went home I had another roach inside my bag so did my friend. I would not stay at this property again. The owner offered us a $100 discount which is honestly offensive considering the cleaning fees attached to the property which was obviously not cleaned and needs pest control. Would not recommend.

We enjoyed our one week stay at this property. The location is perfect access to get around the island and walk to the beach. The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything needed.

Absolutely fabulous property, awesome location, great beach equipped house with a grill, only a quick 3-5 min walk to the ocean sand. Property manager, Lelia, was great in all ways and very easy to reach if needed. Forget the rental car next time- everything is within walking distance, even the Publix grocery and Walgreen’s drug store (1 mile walk across the bridge) , as well as the great resort shops and restaurants just a couple blocks away. Will definitely stay with the excellent Maven Rentals again.

We were very impressed with the property. The house was spacious with lots of potential for entertaining family and friends including a very large kitchen leading out to a beautiful backyard and covered patio. While there were only three of us this trip, I could easily see a larger family gathering here. Bathrooms were good size with spacious stand-up showers in each.. The residence felt secluded, but in reality was only a minutes away from many of the local eating establishments and the beach. I would rate the management company a 10 our to 10. Lots of communications, quick to respond to questions, and very easy to deal with. This was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

This home was amazing! The property was spotless and the rooms were spacious. Commercial kitchen with top of the line appliances. Beds were super comfortable. Great TV’s with paid channels.

Really nice place. One suggestion. Throw that master bedroom toilet out and replace with new. Its botched and dysfunctional. That was my only gripe.
