House was clean. But the grass in the yard was very tall. There were only 2 washcloths and 10 people for our stay so we had to go buy washcloths. No washing detergent. We were excited for the pool table but the pool sticks had the ends on them worn down so we weren’t able to play. But the house is very spacious and looks like it had been remodeled very nicely. The neighborhood is very quiet and in a good location. I would recommend posting guests to bring their own towels and such.

I stayed here for my birthday to hang out with friends and we loved it. The host was super sweet and very accommodating. Even let us stay later and check in early.

Cute house but definitely needs an exterminator! When I turned on the oven to make breakfast, for the kids cockroaches crawled out from behind it! They were under the trashcan! I sent photos to the VRBO, but they wanted me to look through the house for more cockroaches to take photos of!! I was more concerned with getting our suitcases out of the house before we picked up any unwanted friends. These were not palmetto bugs. These were indoor house cockroaches! And I have photos of the one i was able to catch and kill. So gross. So so gross.

This was in a good location for the coliseum, it is just a worn down property but the beds were comfy and it was perfect to chill and hang out. Something’s were a little dated and chipping but overall fine. Maria is so nice and answered my questions so quickly. The neighborhood is pretty dark though

We have a lot of kids, including a toddler and a baby. This property provided exactly what we needed for our weekend beach vacation: a clean home conveniently located close to the beach, groceries and church. We spent a day at Buckroe Beach (only 10 minutes away) and loved it. The beach is private, clean and offers easy, free parking. FYI - some run-down homes are located close to this rental; but that did not matter much because we did not spend much time there. Great crash pad.

Great for last minutes plans. The property owner was very nice and easy to communicate with and very nice. Wished there was at least two bathrooms, but we made it work. The grass could've been cut in the back yard since we had to walk to the game room from the house. I would highly recommend this for a couple or a small family who just want to get away. Easy to get to the beack. The neighborhood was very quite.

The house itself was nice, spacious with multiple rooms and large living/dining room. Located in an area with much to do in the surrounding areas. About an hour from Richmond, 45 from Jamestown/Williamsburg, 20 from Norfolk. Leaves you with many opportunities to do stuff. Enjoyed the stay

The home was easy to find and very clean! I was a bit nervous as the hostess waited until the day of check in … about 2 hours before we could check in to co tact is with the passcodes etc….
That being said we enjoyed the home! Very clean and Maria was friendly once we touched base!

The house was awesome and very conveniently located to the beach! If you are feeling adventurous, it’s a bit of a walk but also a five minute drive. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Was a fantastic place for my group of friends to get together, grill and catch up.

Great setup for hosting family for a local graduation. Clean, and larger than it looks. Maria was super friendly and very responsive to our questions. Thanks for the hospitality.

Our group of 8 stayed at Maria's house for a weekend event at the Hampton Coliseum. The house was huge and felt very spacious even with so many people. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and space to park their car. The drive to the Coliseum was only 15 minutes and everything was super clean and fresh! Beautiful space and Maria was helpful and responsive to all my questions.
Thanks for letting us stay! We plan to stay there again for another event soon!

Convenient and comfortable
Our group of 8 stayed at Maria's house for a weekend event at the Hampton Coliseum. The house was huge and felt very spacious even with so many people. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and space to park their car. The drive to the Coliseum was only 15 minutes and everything was super clean and fresh! Beautiful space and Maria was helpful and responsive to all my questions.
Thanks for letting us stay! We plan to stay there again for another event soon!

Overall was clean. Plenty of room! There was coffee but no regular coffee maker. There was a K- coffee maker, but no K cups! Great location! About a 20 min walk to the beach! Had a little difficulty checking in, perhaps low batteries. Overall was good experience and served our purpose!

Quiet and roomy get away.
It was a good experience. Plenty of room and not far from the beach. No issues with parking and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the stay and how comfortable the accommodations were.

The property was an excellent location! The house was a perfect space for my family and friends on our short trip! The property owner was so accommodating and kind! The Gameroom was a great space for the kids while we cooked on the grill in the decent sized backyard! We were less than 5 minutes from Buckroe Beach, dining, and groceries! Outside of the fact that the trash from the last tenant was not removed the barrels were full And the air conditioner not working properly it was very hot in here much to our dismay in the morning the kitchen garbage was full of maggots that spilled over onto the kitchen floor we did make an attempt to try to kill them we were unsuccessful we packed up and we left however with all the things that went wrong such as air condition and not functioning properly and the trash removal I would in fact stay there again knowing that the manager was unable to inspect
Prior to our arrival due to the fact that her son was in ICU fighting for his life we firmly believe things would have been for the better!!!

The house has some quirks (like a light switch for back bedroom being in the kitchen) but is a great place to stay. The only real problems we found were that there is no garbage disposal in sink so you have to be careful to not clog the food catcher. The dryer also took a couple cycles to dry clothes well. Besides those things everything was fantastic!
