The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were super clean and bed was very comfortable. Hotel area was safe. There were plenty of parking spots around. Even though we didn`t use the pool, it looked fine.
Breakfast was awful because the products were empty and nobody refilled them for a long time. The breakfast area was small and dirty.

Very clean. Staff very friendly. Didn't do breakfast heard it was good.. Grocery store by, restaurants, and gas stations close by

Location.
Coffee was always either empty or cold. The breakfast was very basic. The shower was tepid on all 3 mornings during my stay. I also had screaming kids in the adjacent room (not the Hotel’s fault).

The rooms are ok, bathroom is ok, has a bathtub and shower curtain installed, so both works, easy to use for one person, not two at the same time. The internet is ok, often slow, I guess due to heave use. Breakfast is very simple, pending the time you arrive, there might be key elements missing (e.g. coffee, fruitsalad, etc.). Bed is ok, parking is ok, and some restaurants and small shops are nearby in walking distance. Staff is friendly, and helpful.
The rooms and the hotel is aging, the price this time was higher than ususal, which makes it slowly too expensive for what it has to offer. The breakfast is nearly not worth the word, the rooms are noisy, doors do not close fully, hallway and neighbouring room sounds can be heard, sadly.

From the moment I walked in EVERYONE from the front desk to housekeeping to staff at breakfast, everyone was very kind and helpful. Definitely a wonderful experience.

Seems like the hotel was in the middle of a renovation. Also I was a little surprised by the price considering it's not near the beach or any attractions.

Diane at the front desk is absolutely amazing! She was so nice and very helpful!
Location was perfect for us visiting our Seaman.
The hotel is showing its age. The side entrance didn’t lock and it about hit me in the face due to a broken door hinge.
The plug in the bathroom was defective.
The bench in the room needs to be replaced. It was falling apart.
Beds were supposed to be queens, but the looked like fulls.

I will say the hotel was good. It was clean, easy to check-in. The breakfast was enough to fill me up and was good. More than I was expecting at first glance when checking in. The elevator was not easy to find. I missed it the first time we walked by. We had to ask the staff and they helped use out.

Mold on the shower curtain. Someone tried entering my room. I heard someone vomiting outside my room at 3am.

Quality of the stay including room, breakfast, cost and staff were exceptional. Will certainly search for Hampton Inn for future trips. A very pleasant experience.

Tried to engage with the staff after the visit as I was charged 2 amounts, but only received 1 invoice which was calculated incorrectly. Frankly I gave up as they failed the ID Ten T test. Notwithstanding, this caused me no end of trouble trying to claim back the expenditure from my company. The manager of this hotel needs to get a grip of their staff and provide them with some customer service training. Oh, and the breakfast was fit for swill only. Avoid unless you’re desperate.
