The facility was clean and spacious, very good quality for money. Neighbours were also polite and friendly. Local to shops and post office and the town centre 15mins away by car.

I had to pay an additional £250 before I was able to get the code for the door. ( When I booked the accommodation through booking I paid in full ) however, what they don't tell is that there is an additional security fee of £250. This was not highlighted through the booking, and they also required names of everyone staying, even though I booked for a family of 4. Also, the thermostat is set already so difficult to change.

NOTE I did not stay at this address. I was given an alternative property at short notice Flat 1, 98 North Sherwood Street This property was terrible. Do not book with Prim Short Stays Ltd. There was no hot water and no resolution for the whole stay. No hot water and when I complained, I was repeatedly asked to check the isolation switch and check it was switched on. I told them this was the first thing I checked (which involved reaching under a dirty, dusty sink in a confined space) and even sent a photo. I was then sent a video on how to swith on an isolation switch. No offer to come and repair or change accommodation. Location is terrible, drunken noise until early hours. Filthy parking area with bins and rubbish and derelict buildings as the view from the apartment. Police presence and antisocial behavior, with police incidents and arrest just outside the property. Apartment in bad state of repair with multiple marks and stains on walls, broken radiators, dirty marks on sofa bed, greasy pans and stairs and entrance hall was filthy with cigarette buts, mud and other litter. Light in bathroom is on a sensor which didn't turn off, meaning the extractor fan ran all night. Bad smell in bathroom too.

Lovely apartment.Very spacious and modern. Love the kitchen and washing machine facilities.

Upon arrival Front door to apartment physically wide open, front door to apartment block physically wide open. Clearly the apartment had no security at all, which was very unnerving. In the absence of any security we were left with no option but to find somewhere else.

The rooms were small

I like the spaciousness and the accessibility of the apartment. I also liked all the amenities, as well as, the cleanliness.

The mattress was uncomfortable and no mattress cover. Also there were no face wash clothes.
