It was so close to the centre of Ortisei - bus stations, cable car stations and the restaurants. I was so lucky to spend a night here the room is super spacious and clean. Great breakfast provided and the staff are super welcoming.

The location - central and easy to walk to main square and the gondolas. Family business and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location central in Ortisei. Easy walk to 3 different gondolas to different hiking areas (plus buses elsewhere). Staff was so friendly and helpful. Spa was incredible! Couldn't believe this is only a 3-star hotel.

What a fabulous little hotel. My room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, great pillows and nice linen. Arrived to find a lovely chocolate on my pillow and a fresh crisp apple. Very central location just an easy flat walk from the bus station. Even though the hotel is on the main road there was very little noise, just the sound of the stream running through town. I loved that the staff made the effort to remember my name and greeted me each time I walked through the lobby. Great coffee and a good breakfast selection including gluten free. The couple who run this hotel are just the loveliest people. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Showed us how to get to Seceda mountain from an alternative starting point as the lift from Ortisei was not operating. Allowed us to use their parking lot even after checking out. Easy to find, easy parking. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Highly recommended!

Perfect location close to everywhere in Ortisei. Very cozy and clean room with kind staffs. Also the breakfast was really good. I’m willing to stay here again!

Wonderful breakfast, big room with views towards the city, really helpful staff with several tips for sightseeing in the area (thanks Claudia and Oscar!), hotel just on the doorstep of Ortisei, Alpe Siusi and the rest of Val Gardena. Was also given access to Mar Dolomiti (great for swimming!)

Super friendly and helpful staff, free public transport card. Modern, luxurious wellness centre was a genuine surprise, had it all to myself! Immaculately kept rooms and common areas (bar, lounge, breakfast area). Fantastic location just minutes from bus.

Excellent location in this beautiful town and region, well-appointed hotel with warm, friendly and very helpful staff. Plenty of space in rooms and downstairs common areas, fabulous breakfasts. Would DEFINITELY go back.

Breakfast was good, room was comfortable, excellent location close to center of town and both gondolas up to the mountains and hiking trails. Staff very helpful and friendly.
