I stayed at this Vrbo for me and my kids spring break trip and it was great! The host left snacks and sparking cider for they kids. They place had extra towels and washcloths too!

Myself and an employee were in Minneapolis for work. We wanted a nice clean quite place to stay. We booked this not knowing the area and got lucky. This was everything we needed.

The house is clean and bright—and the owners have thoughtfully outfitted the home with everything you need (for example, coffee, nice soaps, and extra pillows, etc.). I would absolutely recommend.

We took our high school student on campus visits at UofM and Augsburg and this was the perfect location to stay. The heated bathroom floor was a bonus! Thin walls between us and the attached duplex but no worse than a hotel room. Very clean and well appointed. Parking was on the street with plenty of spaces.

The location was great for our visit to Minneapolis to help our UMN student move. We liked being able to utilize the West River Parkway to go to and from Campus in a scenic and efficient way. The unit was well stocked with what we needed and we used the washer and dryer even when we didn't think we would. Definitely would stay here again.

We really loved staying here - plenty of room, clean, quiet, and well stocked with amenities. It’s in a cool neighborhood with walking trails and near parks and cafes etc.. We’ll definitely plan to stay here again when we’re headed back to Minneapolis!

I booked this property knowing little about the neighborhoods in the Twin Cities, and we struck gold. Central to most everything we wanted to visit, quick drive to grocery stores, coffee and the blue metro line.

This was perhaps the most immaculate Vrbo we have stayed at. The home was spotless and had extra amenities (snacks, water, shampoo and soap) that were unexpected but appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk from the Mississippi River. Communication was comprehensive and fast. We highly recommend this home if you visit Minneapolis.

If you're looking for a cozy home close to attractions. This is the spot. The host were wonderful and their property is out of sight. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

I would love to review my stay, or even say that I had a chance to have a stay that I could rate. When I first thought I needed to add days to my stay, I heard back about a day after reaching out. But then, when I let them know that I had initially planned my trip to celebrate my military retirement. But unfortunately, some of my flights had been impacted by Covid and weather; I then asked if we could reschedule my stay to February, I heard nothing. I reached out 3 days prior, and then again 2 days prior. As of today, I have still heard nothing. All directions give options to "contact owner directly", but it would seem that all communication goes to the management company (Evolve), and not the actual person. Very disappointing. The property itself looks delightful. And I know for a fact that the neighborhood is nice. (I have a good friend that lives across the street). It's just unfortunate that the responsiveness is so poor.

My friend fulfilled 1 item on his bucket list and you helped make that dream come true. we enjoyed a Vikings game and loved our stay.

This is a great space to enjoy the Twin Cities in the best neighborhood! Highly recommend!

Met a few friends for a girls weekend and this house was perfect! So cute and clean and great location.

The owner was readily available for contact, the property was very clean, and there were a lot of kind extra touches (a bottle of sparkling juice, etc.).
