This wonderful condo provided an amazing view to the beautiful Topsail Beach. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed to enjoy our week at the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

This is our second time staying at this property. I have four daughters (ages 11-22) and this condo is our fave. It’s the right size , has all the extras you need to feel at home. And the decor is just cute. The location at the St Regis is perfect. Every window you look out and have a gorgeous ocean view. The balcony is shaded and is wonderful for ocean watching and reading. The owners are very easy to communicate with and very kind. We are already looking forward to our stay next summer.

We had a wonderful week! We have been coming to Topsail for many years and love it there. The location of the unit is perfect as it is close to the walkway to the beach and quiet. The unit is very welcoming and comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was nice to not have to worry about a key for the week too. Check in was slightly delayed because of the group before us but that was handled quickly and not the fault of the property manager. We had a wonderful time and will be back!

It was great! Only downside was indoor pool and hot tub still not open. Will it ever be? Also we didn’t bring our pet but saw many others with them. Confusing?

The kitchen was nice but very small only one person can fit in at a time. The bathrooms are way outdated and the hosts want to add additional fees after checking out. I followed the instructions given and they want to charge me extra. The linens were saturated in a plastic tote leftover from previous guests, kitchen cooking utensils were warped and need to be replaced as we almost unusable.

Enjoyed the stay so very convenient to my daughters wedding at St Regis. Communication with the owners was very efficient and friendly.

We had a short but wonderful weekend stay at the condo. We were impressed with the level of cleanliness and were happy to have a fully stocked kitchen for cooking a few meals. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the view of the ocean was spectacular. Would definitely stay again!

Condo complex and condo a little bit dated, but beautiful view, beautiful location. Owner/manager friendly and very responsive, easy to work with (no issues, just for check-in and check-out).

This property is located perfectly for a quiet family beach getaway! We had beautiful views of the ocean, and a short walk to play in the sand and water. It was just perfect!

Spacious and the view was beautiful. The only complaint was the elevator was not working at times.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as pictured. Very short walk to the beach. We saw a pod of dolphins from our balcony on our first day and then a couple more on our last day. The owner communicated very well. Would definitely recommend this condo for your stay.

Wonderful from start to finish! Property was very clean and in great condition. It was nicely furnished and the view was spectacular! ( even closer than it looks in the pictures). The beds were super comfortable. The unit is right by the elevator and the beach was literally steps away. Stores and many restaurants a short drive away. The owner made sure the check in process was seamless and communication with her was quick and easy. We loved Topsail! Will be back.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at North Topsail Beach. This property was the perfect location and setup for a first family trip to the beach. We had great communication with our hosts and the check-in/check out process was easy. The space was clean and comfortable and easily accommodated our family of five. The elevator is conveniently located directly across the hall from the unit. Beach access was very close. We loved the ocean views from our balcony! Our kids also enjoyed the playground, pool, arcade, & ice cream shop that were also located on the property. The St. Regis complex is located a short drive from Surf City and Sneads Ferry, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and places to explore. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again in the future!

The condo worked out perfect for our family (2 adults and 1 kid under 2). Great view of the ocean. It was nice to be in building 1 because the noise of the pool between building 2 and 3 would have been hard for our son to nap. Nice playground for the kids too! Definitely would stay again. We will be back! ** if you say no the linens service be prepared to bring dish towels/ hand towels for bathrooms. **

We enjoyed the comfortable condo and found it to be well appointed. I loved the comfy chairs overlooking the ocean! Thanks to Mary for your quick and clear communication. It was a relaxing and much needed week at the beach for our family.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location, beach, view from the deck, building access and amenities were all great.

We just returned from a great weekend in North Topsail! The listing photos are accurate--except that the ocean is even closer than it appears! The view was spectacular, and you could get to the balcony from both bedrooms. The layout worked perfectly, and the kitchen had everything we needed including a combo drip coffee maker with Keurig option (and filters were provided, which is always nice). I also appreciated the roll of paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, dish detergent, 2 laundry pods, and hand soap at each sink. My teenage son wants me to note that the TV setup is really good, too! It is apparently pretty standard practice in this area to charge for linens and bath towels (this was very weird to us), but we just brought our own to avoid the extra charge. You will also want to bring your own dish towels (that hadn't occurred to us). And be aware that there isn't a whole lot on this end of the island (except for a few very nice restaurants, including one in this complex) - you'll want to grocery shop on your way in if possible. It was a pleasure to deal with the owners throughout our visit. Thank you for a memorable weekend!

After a long drive, the check in process was great. We do t like having to go to the office to pick up keys and parking passes. We didn’t appreciate having to make our beds and my sheets on the queen bed kept popping off, too small and rather cheap linens. Most places have at least a get buy amount of soap and a spare toilet roll, especially considering stores are across the bridge when you run short. The freedom fly overs were unnerving

The condo was just across from the elevator so very convenient. The unit was exactly as described, very clean and welcoming. Tastefully decorated and fully stocked if we wanted to cook. The views were amazing and easy walk to the beach. Comfortable bed and great shower! Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful condo with amazing views! Listening to the ocean at night was the best part! The condo was perfect and the 3rd floor was great for dolphin watching! Mary was very helpful throughout the trip! Highly recommend!

This was our first time to Topsail and St. Regis, and we had a wonderful time. The location and quiet beach were exactly what we wanted. Our child enjoyed the beach and we enjoyed the beautiful views from the condo. Everyone was friendly and the hosts were super helpful. My only negatives were the floor wasn’t very clean, and we weren’t informed that since we were off-season, many of the amenities of the resort are closed or being repaired. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Communication with the property manager was easy. Liked the layout. No surprises on terms and expectations prior to stay. Would have like to seen a service to provide linen and collection at end of stay. Overall, I look forward to a future visit. The beach was very clean, and enjoyable. Pool side services and entertainment was a nice bonus.

My family enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and nothing was broken, or missing from the description. The building was quiet and relaxing. The view from the balcony was great. Pool was a little chilly, but the beach was perfect. The waves were calm. We usually stay on the south end of the island. This was our first time in 5 years venturing to the North end- but it won't be our last. :)
