We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We had breakfast and diner included and the food was very delicious, the variety was really good and every evening there was something new. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Location is great too, a quiet area and close to the beach.

I liked everything. One thing that bothered me once was when some people staying in the hotel had a late night celebration, which was pretty loud. Since our balcony was facing the pool and the bar area, we were unable to sleep until 1 AM. Other than that, everything was great and the entertainment provided by the hotel usually finishes around 11 PM.

They only serve you 2 drinks per person at all inclusive and there is no Room service. This is a very big inconvenience especially when we had jacuzzi’s in the room. We had to make lots of trips to the bar downstairs. The bottles that you could bring to the room were only water or very cheap wine. We had to always pay extra for premium bottles that are drinkable and we could take in to the room.

We got a big surprise after getting to the hotel, for some reason we've got a much better room with a terrace and jacuzzi! This made our stay amazing from the day 1. The personnel is polite and pleasant from the receptionists to the pool guy who changes the towels. The room is great, although a bit uncomfortable shower, we needed to get used to it in order for the water not to be spilled everywhere. The bed is big and the mattress is amazing for the back! Conditioner system works great, really made a huge difference. Works quite so we could even leave it on at night in the other room. Furniture is lovely as well as the decorations. We got the view on the entrance of the hotel so it was very quite, room over the pool were a lot more noisy. The breakfast was amazing, everything you want and more! Throughout the week you can eat something different every day easily. Spa center is great, hammam I liked the most, there's also a pool with cool water and jacuzzi. The dry sauna wasn't so great because the temperature was over the roof, it was even hard to open the door.

Safe should be paid for in order to use. A bit far from the beach but it was fine for us. The pillows were not great, even though there are 2 options to choose from, I didn't like either because they are too low and together too high :( this was my only struggle while staying. Also, the breakfast could've started a bit earlier for more time on the beach without aggressive sun (currently starts at 8).

rooms were smaller than the pictures showed. not enough sunloungers so every day there is an early morning rush to secure a place by the pool with towels. expensive if you don’t go all inclusive.

Great hotel with a beautiful design, all the staff were helful and friendly and bedrooms are cleaned every day. Restaurant is excellent with high quality selection.

The comfortable bed, the delicious breakfast and dinner, the friendly and attentive hotel staffs,..everything was clean, the pool and sunbeds were just so relaxing! The different freetime activities! We also loved the BBQ dinner in Cap lounge. I would say, this is the best hotel i've stayed at in Alcudia. We loved our stay and definitely we'll come back here when in Alcudia. Thank you for making our vacation feel like a vacation.

absolutely stunning from front to back! All very modern finish and the staff were unreal and couldn’t fault them as nothing was too much!

Spotlessly clean, stylish furnishings, gorgeous throughout. Very comfortable room, almost everything we needed. Lovely pool area and although we didn’t spend much time there at all the indoor and outdoor bar areas were really nice. Great staff, great food.

Tea and coffee making facilities in standard rooms would be a great addition. Location is right opposite Muro hospital, (which is why we were there), so was very convenient for us, a little way to the beach and resort centre (about 10 mins) but it’s not a bad walk.

The hotel and rooms were really nice, modern and clean. Buffet was really good, lots of delicious food and lots of choice every day. Good choice of wine and cocktails included in all inclusive.

Would have liked decaf coffee not in a sachet for breakfast. Food could have been better labelled as a lot of the dishes looked good but didn't know what was in them. You have to be down at the pool by 8am to get a sunbed.

- After I left the hotel I found the hotel charged additional 104€ without any information or invoice, this is not acceptable - no beach direct access - food especially dinner is not tasty at all, in the end we do not eat dinner in the hotel although we paid for it.
