Family of 12 including Grandparents and our kids and grandkids - we had a great relaxing Christmas visit at your house. We were pleasantly surprised to find it decorated for Christmas! Not just a tree, but accents everywhere! It would be great to include that in your listing, as I brought decorations with me that were not needed. As for critique: The cookware was less abundant than the listing indicated, but we were able to work well with what was there. Also, a layout of the house would be helpful as it is unusual. And in spite of MANY pictures of fish in the listing, they were not biting during our stay. The corners and under furniture needs cleaning. But a little dust didn't dampened our fun. The small children spent a lot of time in the whirlpool tub (not a hot tub), and never ran short of hot water! The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The house was warm once we figured out the heat from the wall unit in the den comes out the bottom instead of the top, and moved our Christmas boxes that were blocking it. The kids loved the bunk bed rooms! We enjoyed a big Christmas dinner, and we exchanged gifts, played board games, watched Christmas movies, and drank gallons of hot cocoa! Thanks so much for booking us on kind of short notice, and sharing your lake home with us! We usually only make Christmas trips as a group, but would like to stay here again sometime when the fish are more interested.

We celebrated with our family that live in Scottsboro. The lake house was so big and roomy. Loved all the Christmas decorations. We enjoyed the pool table also. We had a wonderful time all being together. We def want to come back this summer and bring our boat. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This is a GREAT house for a large group. We had 9 adults and 2 children under 10. We were all able to hang out together in the larger gaming room, or to sit and chat comfortably in the front den. There are televisions in practically every room - not that we used them much - but they were there. The lake view is simply gorgeous. And parking is plentiful. It was clean and as-advertised. Highly recommend!

this is a wonderful property on the lake, home is very comfortable and well equipped. Beds are comfy. Bring your kayaks and fishing poles, the water is great, good restaurants close by and interesting attractions to experience. The owners are readily available to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

There were lots of different little hangout spots in the house so people of different ages could do their own thing. Everything in the house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with.

We had an awesome weekend getaway here. The house has tons of room with water views. The neighborhood is nice and quiet overall A+++. Jackson County Park is right around the corner so plenty of walking trails, boat launch, playground etc. The only thing that caught me by surprise was the depth of the water and all the grass in this cove. Fine for a bass boat but not so much for a wakesurf boat. We made it work though. First glance of the pictures looks like you could swim off the pier but it's shallow and grassy.

Great get away on the water. Fishing was amazing.

Wonderful house, great location! The space was great - our group of 16 never felt cramped. Having 2 laundry rooms was wonderful. The lake access and being able to dock our boats right at the dock at the house was so convenient. Several restaurants to eat at less than 2 miles away. Definitely recommend and planning to come back!

Six older fisherman enjoyed convenient location and comfortable accommodations. Pool table has a slope away from the kitchen - account for that in your aim.

This house is amazing! Plenty of room to spread out. Plenty of hot water for all the showers! The beds are comfortable! Close to grocery stores and restaurants! We had a fabulous time and hated to leave! 10 out of 10! We had ten people and others in and out! We hope to visit again!

We loved our stay! Paul was very helpful from extending our stay, to meeting all of our needs. I definitely would recommend this property!

This place was great for our big family! There was plenty of seating and we loved the fact there were 2 tables and an extra living area. The bunk beds really helped us out with the kids we had! My only complaint would be the master shower downstairs. It had mold/mildew around the door. But everything else was super clean and wonderful! I wish it was a bit warmer so we could have taken advantage of that beautiful lake!!

Loved the living spaces, pool table and shuffle board! Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was adequate but some of the pans need to be replaced because the non stick is coming off. No extras! So bring your toilet paper and paper towel!

Perfect for large families with teenagers who like to stay up late because there's plenty of room to spread out. Living spaces are on opposite ends of the house and Kitchen is in the middle.

This was such a great space and we completed every item on our girls trip check list including the fire pit and s’mores. It was fun to have the activity options of the front room with the pool table and shuffle board and we were able to link our karaoke machine into the smart tv and use the YouTube app to choose our music. The comfy cozy back room was great for conversation and quiet time. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to make breakfast each morning and then enjoyed some great local eating options for meals while we were out and about. This house location was super convenient for shopping at Unclaimed Baggage and the Scottsboro Square, as well as Ollie’s and the new TJMaxx and a few fun antique places too. It was about a half hour drive to Mentone and little River Canyon for some hiking and more shopping fun.. the house was quiet, beds were comfy, there was plenty of pillows and paper products and many small details that made it feel like home.. This house helped make our weekend perfect!

Excellent property! Large enough for my family of 16, kitchen was easy for all of us to work in. Bedrooms were cozy and bathrooms spacious. It was great to have a pool table and other fun things to do. The front and back yards are very steep and not suitable for the mobility challenged, but still a beautiful property. We would highly recommend this VRBO.

This home is a wonderful place to enjoy a lake vacation. The home is modern, very clean, has well stocked kitchen and the best lake views. The fact that so many stores and restaurants are close by is a great bonus. We enjoyed the park close to the home, the pool table and shuffleboard to keep us entertained since it was too cool to enjoy the lake. We certainly hope we will be able to return in warm weather.

Very peaceful location, beautiful home. Our family had a lot of fun and made memories by the lake. The home was perfect size and very nice. Paul was very nice and helpful. Can't wait to return next year for a longer stay.

The home was very clean and had all the amenities you can possibly need! Plenty of space for 3 families !! Very close to shopping and boat rentals. Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay with family. Only bad thing is the lake is struggling with milfoil. This is NOT the fault of the owner of the house. Just had to drive and fish.

This property is perfect for a large family or multiple families with plenty of space. It is great for fishing and hanging out on the spacious screened in porch. The location had a lot of amenities such as smart tv’s in every room, lots of linens, and plenty of items in the kitchen. The only negative thing is that the hill was a struggle for some people to get from the dock to the house. Also there was not enough air vents in the master suite to cool it down. Otherwise a fabulous place to stay.

We stayed here on a guys fishing trip and we had a great time. House is extremely clean and spacious. We would definitely stay again.
